<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Brócoli con salsa de cacahuete y naranja</h2>



<p>1 brócoli, cortado en  flores</p>



<p>2 cucharadas de crema de cacahuete (sin azúcar)</p>



<p>1/2 cucharadita de jengibre en polvo</p>



<p>1 cucharadita salsa tamari</p>



<p>zumo de 1/2 naranja</p>



<p>1 puñado de frutos secos y semillas tostados</p>



<p>Prepara la salsa mezclando todos los ingredientes juntos, al principio parecerá que se corta, pero sigue mezclando y verás como termina por ligarse y formar una salsa homogénea.</p>



<p>Pon las flores de brócoli en una sartén, añade un chorrito de agua, enciende el fuego a medio-fuerte, tapa y deja que el brócoli se haga con su propio vapor. </p>



<p>Retira el brócoli y sirve con la salsa y los frutos secos y semillas tostados.</p>

Añadir la quinoa cocida y saltear un minuto. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5782-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Hacer un hueco en el centro de la sartén, añadir una cucharadita de aceite y ponerlo el huevo en el centro. Dejarlo hacer unos 3-4 minutos, hasta que la clara esté hecha (si no os gusta la yema cruda, dejarlo tapado unos 7-8 minutos en total).</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5782-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Repartir las pecanas y los arándanos y servir directamente.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
