<p>O como en el mundo vegano se diría, tarta de «queso». </p>



<p>Pero sinceramente para mi, si no lleva queso no puede ser una tarta de queso.</p>



<p>Y segundo, no me gusta etiquetar, las etiquetas crean prejuicios y dan lugar a ideas y opiniones anticipadas. Así que prefiero no llamarla tarta vegana o tarta raw, o tarta sin gluten.</p>



<p>De ahí que el nombre sea simplemente lo que es, una Tarta de anacardos y frutos rojos.</p>



<p>Así que piensa en esta tarta de anacardos con frutos rojos como un postre delicioso y nutritivo que les gustará a todos. Porque ya seas vegano, celiaco o no lo seas, ¡creo que te encantará!</p>



<p>Esta vez la he servido con salsa de frutos rojos, pero estaría exquisita también con la <a href="https://healthyforkful.com/es/peras-especiadas-con-caramelo-salado/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="salsa de caramelo salado (opens in a new tab)">salsa de caramelo salado</a> que usé en la receta de las peras pochadas. Una salsa que querrás beberte como oro líquido. No exagero.</p>
