<p>Quizás esta no sea la ensalada más original, seguro que encontráis otras versiones parecidas en la red, pero eso es porque está rica rica. </p>



<p>El crujiente de la remolacha, de la <a href="https://healthyforkful.com/es/coliflor-propiedades-beneficios-y-usos/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="coliflor (opens in a new tab)">coliflor</a>, con ese sabor del comino y cilantro la hacen deliciosa. Y así mismo se me ocurre que podrías terminarla con un puñado de espinaca baby y poco de queso feta y así convertirse en el sumun de las ensaladas</p>



<p>Y digo ensalada, al igual que podría decir, plato caliente, porque si la sirves tibia está igualmente deliciosa o incluso más.</p>

<p>¿Qué preparar cuando acabas de llegar de vacaciones y tu nevera está vacía? </p>



<p>Pues es en estos días cuando hay que tirar de despensa y congelador sí o sí<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f469-1f3fb-200d-1f373.png" alt="👩🏻‍🍳" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />. Y es que lo digo muchas veces, las legumbres cocidas y la verdura congelada pueden hacer milagros ¿no creéis?</p>



<p>De pensar que tendríamos que pedir algo a domicilio o bajar al bar de la esquina, a preparar un delicioso guiso marinero con judías blancas, gambas y alcachofas<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f60b.png" alt="😋" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />. Si, ya se que las alcachofas no son de temporada, pero es lo que toca cuando has estado más de un mes fuera de casa y no te ha dado tiempo a hacer la compra.<br></p>
