<p>Snack attack!! Bocados de chocolate, jengibre y mandarina, deliciosos para tener siempre a mano.</p>
<p>Nunca me cansaré de decir, la mejor manera de mantener una vida y una dieta saludable, es siempre estar preparado, preveer el futuro y tener un plan. Quieres estar listo cuando ocurran esos ataques de hambre, cuando estés bajo estrés o te dé un ataque de ansiedad y &#8216;necesites&#8217; un bocado. Quieres asegurarte de tener las cosas correctas a mano, ¿verdad?</p>
<p>¡Estas bolas de mandarina y jengibre serán tus mejores amigas cuando esos momentos de ataque se pongan en tu camino! Son perfectos como snack para después del entrenamiento o como snack para llevar. Son súper fáciles de hacer, aunque necesitarás un procesador de alimentos, y además se mantienen perfectamente en un recipiente hermético en la nevera durante un par de semanas.</p>
<p>Son deliciosas así tal cual, pero para un toque más gourmet podrías recubrirlos con cacao en polvo o en coco rallado.</p>
<p>Hice estas preciosas bolitas para el evento <a href="https://healthyforkful.com/es/super-green-pasta-st-patrick-is-coming/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Brunch+Aceites Esenciales</a> que organicé con mi bella amiga Gema hace ya un tiempo y fueron un éxito total. Utilicé aceite esencial de mandarina y jengibre para darles sabor, ya que el tema era cocinar con aceites esenciales, pero se podría usar perfectamente ralladura de mandarina y jengibre molido.</p>
