<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Propiedades de la cúrcuma</h2>



<p>El agente antiinflamatorio activo de la cúrcuma, la curcumina, ha demostrado reducir la depresión y la ansiedad al afectar la funcionalidad de los neurotransmisores mediante el aumento de BDNF. <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4697050/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">BDNF (factor neurotrófico derivado del cerebro) es esencial para el aprendizaje y la memoria, y regula los niveles de glucosa y energía.</a></p>



<p>Los niveles reducidos de BDNF también están asociados con enfermedades neurodegenerativas como el Parkinson, el Alzheimer, la esclerosis múltiple y la enfermedad de Huntington. El ingrediente activo de la cúrcuma, la curcumina, ha demostrado reducir la inflamación crónica asociada con la neblina cerebral y los trastornos neurológicos.</p>



<p>La cúrcuma es rica en antioxidantes que combaten los radicales libres dañinos/que envejecen y también respaldan la función de<a href="https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/BF01088486" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow"> desintoxicación del hígado.</a></p>



<p>El ingrediente activo de la cúrcuma, la curcumina, podría ayudar a reducir el crecimiento de las células grasas, y sus propiedades antiinflamatorias son efectivas para suprimir los mismos procesos inflamatorios que conducen al aumento de peso y la obesidad.</p>



<p>La cúrcuma protege contra el estrés oxidativo y puede aumentar la glutatión, una enzima hepática que ayuda a tu hígado a eliminar eficazmente el exceso de estrógeno y toxinas (un exceso de cualquiera de estos elementos conduce a una variedad de desequilibrios hormonales y condiciones).</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cómo utilizar la cúrcuma </h2>



<p>Siempre asegúrate de combinar la cúrcuma con pimienta negra, ya que aumenta la biodisponibilidad del ingrediente activo, la curcumina, facilitando que tu cuerpo absorba los beneficios.</p>



<p>La cúrcuma también es soluble en grasas, lo que significa que debes combinarla con una grasa para absorber todos los nutrientes.</p>



<p>Esta receta de coco y cúrucma incorporan tanto una grasa de calidad (leche de coco) como pimienta negra, así que estás listo. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Helado de coco y cúrcuma</h2>



<p>400ml leche/crema de coco (mín 80% coco)<br>1 cta cúrcuma en polvo<br>1/2 cta jengibre en polvo<br>1/2 cta canela en polvo<br>Una pizca de pimienta negra<br>1/2 cta vainilla<br>30ml sirope de árce (opcional)</p>

<p>¿Cómo ha ido el fin de semana? Por aquí ya pensando en la fantástica noche de San Juan, horneando cocas, tirando petardos, leyendo sobre embrujos…, ya ya sé que aun quedan dos semanas pero es que es una noche mágica y especial. San Juan da comienzo al verano y por ello hoy quería traeros una receta del dulce predilecto de la estación, y es que, si la ensalada es el plato estrella del verano, ¿cuál será el postre preferido de esta época? …. Bingo, ¡el rico helado!</p>
<p>Pero no os preocupéis que hoy toca de los fáciles, nada de heladeras, boles en el congelador, crema inglesa ni nada complicado. Hoy vamos a por …. ¡los polos! Esos maravillosos helados de hielo que tanto me recuerdan a cuando era pequeñita, me volvían loca, aunque lo que no me gustaba era que el sabor se esfumaba a los pocos segundos y me quedaba comiendo solo hielo.</p>
<p>Afortunadamente ahora me los preparo yo, y es que no hay excusa para no hacer unos ricos polos, solo necesitáis unos <a href="https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B071WJHGJW/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=healthyforkfu-21&amp;camp=3638&amp;creative=24630&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;creativeASIN=B071WJHGJW&amp;linkId=c962f8222e2de1b3e8276be76b8b40da">moldes</a>*, frutas bien sabrosas y lo más difícil, un poco de paciencia para que la magia de lugar a unos magníficos y refrescantes tentempiés. <p>Lo mejor es que en verano hay un montón de diferentes frutas, todas ricas y deliciosas, por lo que podemos hacer polos de infinitos sabores, ciruelas y cerezas; melón, menta y lima; mango y naranja; frambuesa y limón; incluso de vuestros cocktails favoritos, polos de mojito, de bloody Mary, de caipirinha …. como os digo, millones de mezclas increíbles que os harán disfrutar en las altas temperaturas.</p>
<p>Hoy apostamos por una de mis frutas favoritas, los melocotones.</p>
<p>Los melocotones dulces y jugosos combinan perfectamente con el toque picante del jengibre, una inspiraciónd el sur de Asia que os sorprenderá.</p>
