<p>Raramente cocino platos típicos españoles, y no es porque no me gusten, más bien porque soy malísima… ¡casi siempre :P! Cuando era pequeña y tuve la oportunidad de aprender de mano de mi madre, yo prefería dedicarme a los postres…</p>



<p>Ya de mayor, independizada y lejos de la tierra patria, he intentado cocinar algún manjar típico, pero la verdad que con un montón de decepciones, las dos veces que he hecho paella estaban poco sabrosas, el arroz al horno insípido y con el cocido madrileño ni me he atrevido…</p>



<p>En cuanto a platos de pescado, con el único clásico que me he lanzado ha sido con la merluza a la vasca y…. ¡bingo! este sí que me sale rico, rico. Hasta he hecho el caldo y todo. Es la segunda vez que lo hago y las dos veces he terminado relamiendo el plato. Aunque por supuesto tenía que modificar un poquito la receta y he sustituido la merluza por el rape <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

Lo he cubierto todo con agua fría y lo he puesto a hervir unos 30 minutos a fuego medio.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-4988-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Secar las colas de rape con un papel absorbente. Cortarlas por la mitad si veis que de largo no os entran las colas en la sartén que tengáis. Enharinarlas y reservar unos minutos.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-4988-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">En la sartén calentar un poco de aceite a fuego medio alto, añadir las colas enharinadas y dejar que se doren bien por cada lado, un par de minutos. Retirar y reservar.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-4988-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Añadir un poco más de aceite y bajar el fuego a medio, agregar la cebolla y el ajo y cocinar unos minutos hasta que esté translúcida. Añadir las almejas y las gambas y tras un minuto verter el vino blanco. Dejar hervir unos minutos hasta que el alcohol se evapore.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-4988-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Incorporar el rape, los guisante y el caldo de pescado y dejar cocinar unos 15-20 minutos hasta que la salsa haya espesado un poco.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-4988-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Espolvorear el perejil picado antes de servir</div></li></ul></div></div>
