<p>Esta es la mejor tarta fría de queso, al menos para mí. Aunque no lo digo solo yo, la verdad que gusta a todo el mundo y no es de extrañar. Es cremosa, refrescante y está deliciosa ¿lo había dicho ya?</p>



<p>Hace muchos años que hago tarta fría de queso. De hecho fue una de las primeras que aprendí a hacer cuando era pequeña. Esa primera tarta de gelatina de limón con base de sobaos mucho ha cambiado desde entonces&#8230; </p>



<p>Y es que con el paso del tiempo todos cambiamos. Vamos creciendo. Descubriendo mundos nuevos. Gustos nuevos. Desarrollándonos hacia un yo mejor. Y lo mismo le ha pasado a esa tarta.</p>



<p>He probado muchas versiones, con más queso que nata, con más nata, con la misma proporción. Con más gelatina, con menos gelatina, con alternativas a la gelatina&#8230; Hasta conseguir dar con esta tarta fría, para mi ¡la mejor! Si, la mejor tarta fría de queso que he hecho hasta ahora.</p>

<p>Como bonus esta tarta es apta para celiacos y no necesita horno <img decoding="async" height="16" width="16" data-insta_upload_ext_elem="1" alt="&#x1f389;" src="https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t8c/1/16/1f389.png"><img decoding="async" height="16" width="16" data-insta_upload_ext_elem="1" alt="&#x1f389;" src="https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t8c/1/16/1f389.png">. Está genial porque es rápida de preparar y el topping puedes cambiarlo fácilmente. En la receta de hoy lo he servido con salsa de moras silvestres, pero también quedaría genial con una <a href="https://healthyforkful.com/es/peras-especiadas-con-caramelo-salado/">salsa de caramelo salado</a>.</p>



<p>Si quieres hacerla más al estilo tradicional, en plan tarta grande, entonces necesitarás añadir agar agar para que se solidifique y pueda aguantarse. <span style="display: block;">Para ello, bate los quesos con la miel y vainilla, añade la nata y mezcla. Ponlo todo en un cazo y espolvorea en forma de lluvia 3 gramos de agar agar. <p>Es verano y todos necesitamos snacks rápidos pero deliciosos, saludables y refrescantes, así que quiero compartir contigo una forma deliciosa de refrescarse durante estos meses calurosos, disfrutando de un riquísimo granizado de sandía y cereza.</p>



<p>Se tarda solo 5 minutos en hacer y no se requiere fogones ni horno (¡quién quiere encender el horno cuando fuera estamos a 35º!). También solo necesitas 2 ingredientes para hacerlo y todos ellos son naturales y maravillosos</p>



<p>El granizado de sandía y cereza es una combinación de mis dos frutas de verano favoritas.</p>



<p>La cereza picota es una variedad especial de cereza dulce cultivada en una región específica de España (Valle del Jerte). Cuando se recogen, las cerezas picota se separan naturalmente de sus tallos. Su textura es lisa, firme y un cuerpo sólido. El hueso es más grande que en las cerezas clásicas y su color es mucho más oscuro, casi negro. Las picotas son mucho más dulces, por eso se usan para postres, compotas y otras creaciones dulces.</p>



<p>La sandía una estupenda forma de hidratación, ¡pero eso ya lo sabes!. La uso en ensaladas, batidos y, a veces, solo clavo una rodaja de sandía en un palo de madera, lo congelo y me lo como como si fuese un polo de helado. Hoy vamos a hacerla un punto más delicado y sofisticada a la vez que sencillo y rápido de hacer.</p>



<p>Hay dos formas de hacer esta gratina. Primero podrías congelar la fruta y luego triturarla o primero triturar y luego congelar.</p>



<p>Yo siempre intento tener frutas en el congelador, así si puedo prepararlo siempre que me apetezca, sin tener que esperar a que se congele para disfrutarlo.</p>

<p>¿Cómo ha ido el fin de semana? Por aquí ya pensando en la fantástica noche de San Juan, horneando cocas, tirando petardos, leyendo sobre embrujos…, ya ya sé que aun quedan dos semanas pero es que es una noche mágica y especial. San Juan da comienzo al verano y por ello hoy quería traeros una receta del dulce predilecto de la estación, y es que, si la ensalada es el plato estrella del verano, ¿cuál será el postre preferido de esta época? …. Bingo, ¡el rico helado!</p>
<p>Pero no os preocupéis que hoy toca de los fáciles, nada de heladeras, boles en el congelador, crema inglesa ni nada complicado. Hoy vamos a por …. ¡los polos! Esos maravillosos helados de hielo que tanto me recuerdan a cuando era pequeñita, me volvían loca, aunque lo que no me gustaba era que el sabor se esfumaba a los pocos segundos y me quedaba comiendo solo hielo.</p>
<p>Afortunadamente ahora me los preparo yo, y es que no hay excusa para no hacer unos ricos polos, solo necesitáis unos <a href="https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B071WJHGJW/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=healthyforkfu-21&amp;camp=3638&amp;creative=24630&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;creativeASIN=B071WJHGJW&amp;linkId=c962f8222e2de1b3e8276be76b8b40da">moldes</a>*, frutas bien sabrosas y lo más difícil, un poco de paciencia para que la magia de lugar a unos magníficos y refrescantes tentempiés. (*ver nota a final del post)</p>
<p>Lo mejor es que en verano hay un montón de diferentes frutas, todas ricas y deliciosas, por lo que podemos hacer polos de infinitos sabores, ciruelas y cerezas; melón, menta y lima; mango y naranja; frambuesa y limón; incluso de vuestros cocktails favoritos, polos de mojito, de bloody Mary, de caipirinha …. como os digo, millones de mezclas increíbles que os harán disfrutar en las altas temperaturas.</p>
<p>Hoy apostamos por una de mis frutas favoritas, los melocotones.</p>
<p>Los melocotones dulces y jugosos combinan perfectamente con el toque picante del jengibre, una inspiraciónd el sur de Asia que os sorprenderá.</p>
