<p>Es verano y todos necesitamos snacks rápidos pero deliciosos, saludables y refrescantes, así que quiero compartir contigo una forma deliciosa de refrescarse durante estos meses calurosos, disfrutando de un riquísimo granizado de sandía y cereza.</p>



<p>Se tarda solo 5 minutos en hacer y no se requiere fogones ni horno (¡quién quiere encender el horno cuando fuera estamos a 35º!). También solo necesitas 2 ingredientes para hacerlo y todos ellos son naturales y maravillosos</p>



<p>El granizado de sandía y cereza es una combinación de mis dos frutas de verano favoritas.</p>



<p>La cereza picota es una variedad especial de cereza dulce cultivada en una región específica de España (Valle del Jerte). Cuando se recogen, las cerezas picota se separan naturalmente de sus tallos. Su textura es lisa, firme y un cuerpo sólido. El hueso es más grande que en las cerezas clásicas y su color es mucho más oscuro, casi negro. Las picotas son mucho más dulces, por eso se usan para postres, compotas y otras creaciones dulces.</p>



<p>La sandía una estupenda forma de hidratación, ¡pero eso ya lo sabes!. La uso en ensaladas, batidos y, a veces, solo clavo una rodaja de sandía en un palo de madera, lo congelo y me lo como como si fuese un polo de helado. Hoy vamos a hacerla un punto más delicado y sofisticada a la vez que sencillo y rápido de hacer.</p>



<p>Hay dos formas de hacer esta gratina. Primero podrías congelar la fruta y luego triturarla o primero triturar y luego congelar.</p>



<p>Yo siempre intento tener frutas en el congelador, así si puedo prepararlo siempre que me apetezca, sin tener que esperar a que se congele para disfrutarlo.</p>

<p>Presiento que esta va a ser la ensalada estrella del verano.</p>
<p>Con este tiempo que estamos teniendo últimamente, parece que me he mudado de nuevo a Dublín. La verdad que estamos experimentando una primavera realmente extraña en Barcelona,  supongo que la primavera al igual que el otoño se caracteriza por las lluvias y tormentas, pero es que está lloviendo 3-4 días a la semana, siempre los fines de semana y nada de llovizna, es una lluvia contundente. Debo decir que esto le va bastante bien a nuestros pantanos y nuestras reservas de agua, pues normalmente estamos en alerta por sequía, por lo que no me voy a quejar, y dejaré que la lluvia siga cayendo tan feliz. Además la temperatura es bastante buena, alrededor de los 20ºC, por lo que aun podemos aprovechar esos ratitos en los que el sol brilla para broncearnos y absorber la vitamina D tan necesaria.</p>
<p>Además otro punto positivo a favor de la lluvia es que estoy con un proyecto que me hace estar delante del ordenador muchas horas, y la mayor parte del día lo paso dentro de casa, por lo que estoy contentísima con la lluvia, me hace estar más hogareña y tener ese sentimiento de acogedor y comodidad, sin sentirme triste porque no puedo disfrutar de ese sol y ese calor. Así que por mí, la lluvia puede quedarse unas semanas más con nosotros <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f61b.png" alt="😛" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>
<p>A pesar de la lluvia, como he dicho la temperatura acompaña y yo he ido cambiando mi alimentación ajustándose a una más veraniega, más fresquita. He estado merendando batidos helados, disfrutando de las frutas con hueso como los melocotones, albaricoques y cerezas y degustando ricas ensaladas para comer.</p>
<p>La receta de hoy es una ensalada deliciosa y refrescante que me hice la semana pasada, y que seguro estará en mi mesa muchas más veces este verano. Tiene mucho verde, jugosa sandía, rico queso feta y un delicioso aliño de rúcula. Para hacerlo más contundente, podrías añadir quinoa, garbanzos o lentejas, y para una versión vegana simplemente cambia el queso feta por tofu.</p>
<p>La salsa de rúcula es simplemente un pesto hecho con rúcula en lugar de albahaca, lo que le da un delicioso sabor más potente, puedes hacerlo con otras hierbas, como cilantro o menta para darle un toque refrescante.</p>
