Era jugoso, dulce, de pl\u00e1tano con chips de chocolate, sencillamente delicioso y adictivo. Desde entonces, he probado muchas versiones, todas muy buenas, pero incluso caseras la mayor\u00eda de ellas est\u00e1n cargadas con harinas y az\u00facares refinados.<\/p>\n<p>Este bizcocho de pl\u00e1tano saludable es una versi\u00f3n libre de gluten y sin harinas refinadas. Tiene una textura maravillosa y su sabor es super intenso. Pero el <strong>pl\u00e1tano<\/strong> en su conjunto es una excelente fruta super nutritiva. Los pl\u00e1tanos son una gran fuente de potasio, que ayuda a mantener la presi\u00f3n arterial normal y la funci\u00f3n card\u00edaca. Es el favorito entre los atletas ya que previene los calambres musculares. Al hornear, el pl\u00e1tano aporta humedad y dulzura a la masa pudi\u00e9ndo as\u00ed reducir la cantidad de aceite y az\u00facar.
