Las temperaturas siguen siendo buenas, alrededor de 25\u00baC, pero las pocas veces que ha brillado el sol estos d\u00edas me hace sentir como si estuvi\u00e9ramos a finales de noviembre.<\/p>\n<p>Hace tiempo que ronda por mi cabeza la idea de hornear un pastel de remolacha, pero al final entre unas cosas u otras nunca sent\u00eda que era la ocasi\u00f3n perfecta. Somos solo dos en casa y G prefiere los pasteles a lo tradicional, con kilos de az\u00facar y harinas refinadas. \u00c9l es un cl\u00e1sico con la comida, aunque tengo que reconocerlo, est\u00e1 esforz\u00e1ndose mucho, ahora le gusta la quinoa, la pasta integral, el arroz integral y salvaje, el calabac\u00edn, el aguacate, la col rizada en forma de chips, y le encantan los ar\u00e1ndanos. Pero con los pasteles de momento no hay manera&#8230; As\u00ed que la misi\u00f3n de hornear tartas la he abandonado un poco pues ser\u00eda como hornear solo para m\u00ed, la mayor\u00eda de ustedes pensar\u00edan, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no? Y a veces lo hago, divido los ingredientes a un solo huevo, para hacer la versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a, pero muchas veces la pereza me puede. Y es que a mi lo que me encanta es hornear y disfrutarlo con los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Pero la semana pasada, finalmente decid\u00ed hacerlo con la excusa de una cena en casa de mi hermana. \u00a1\u00bf\u00a1\u00bfAdivin\u00e1is quien repiti\u00f3?!?! Es sencill\u00edsimo, solo necesitar\u00e1s de un bol, 5 minutos para mezclarlo todo y 30 minutos en el horno.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 repleto de cosas buenas para su cuerpo, el <strong>chocolate<\/strong> es rico en magnesio, hierro, cobre y micronutrientes esenciales para una salud y vitalidad. Las <strong>remolachas<\/strong> son una hortaliza\u00a0 altamente antioxidante, ayudan a las c\u00e9lulas del h\u00edgado a eliminar toxinas y tienen propiedades antiinflamatorias, adem\u00e1s son s\u00faper deliciosas y dan un color p\u00farpura incre\u00edble al pastel.
