No s\u00e9 por qu\u00e9, pero un horrible letargo me invade cuando tengo que planear un viaje a la capital. No me malinterpret\u00e9is, tengo ganas de venir muchas veces, pero solo de planearlo, me hacen pens\u00e1rmelo dos veces.<\/p>\n<p>Pero una vez que estoy aqu\u00ed, siento una emoci\u00f3n placentera y agradable. Mis planes son sencillos, solo disfrutar de la compa\u00f1\u00eda de mis padres y de mis amigas de la infancia, caminar por la capital recorriendo las callejuelas&#8230; Esta vez adem\u00e1s era una ocasi\u00f3n especial, la celebraci\u00f3n del cumplea\u00f1os y el embarazo de una de mis mejores amigas \ud83d\ude0a.<\/p>\n<h2>Tarta Saludable de Zanahoria<\/h2>\n<p>Para no romper con la tradici\u00f3n, yo estaba a cargo de la tarta de cumplea\u00f1os. Y siguiendo los deseos de la protagonista prepar\u00e9 una tarta de zanahoria \u00abtradicional\u00bb. Me alegro de que me haya pedido esta, ya que hace un tiempo que ven\u00eda pensando en hacer una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s sana de ella.<\/p>\n<p>Este pastel de zanahoria m\u00e1s saludable sigue las instrucciones de mi cl\u00e1sico pastel de zanahoria, excepto por la cantidad de az\u00facar. Mi receta original requer\u00eda m\u00e1s de 300 g de az\u00facar blanco, m\u00e1s otros 250 g de az\u00facar glas para la crema. En esta versi\u00f3n, he usado 100 g de az\u00facar panela y solo 60 ml de sirope de agave. Tambi\u00e9n cambi\u00e9 el tipo de harina que utilic\u00e9. El resto de los ingredientes eran bastante nutritivos, as\u00ed que no los toqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>El resultado fue una deliciosa y jugosa tarta de zanahoria. Suave, rica y esponjosa. Hac\u00eda mucho que no hac\u00eda un pastel tan bueno.<\/p>\n<p>Si buscas otras tartas ideales para celebrar ocasiones especiales no te pierdas el apartado postres y tartas de Healthy
