Soleada, tranquila y relajada en Menorca, es todo lo que necesitaba despu\u00e9s de un par de meses de locura en el trabajo. As\u00ed que me puse en modo vacaciones\ud83c\udf34\ud83d\ude0e tan pronto como llegu\u00e9 al aeropuerto y espero que dure mucho a mi vuelta.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos pueden pensar que mantener una rutina saludable durante las vacaciones es imposible. La verdad es que puede ser m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil. Las vacaciones generalmente incluyen platos tradicionales cargados de az\u00facar; comemos m\u00e1s a menudo o si nos quedarnos en un hotel con pensi\u00f3n completa ya ni te cuento.<\/p>\n<p>No permitas que estos \u00abpeque\u00f1os inconvenientes\u00bb arruinen todos los esfuerzos diarios que haces. Hace a\u00f1os, sol\u00eda ver las vacaciones como el momento para complacer y comer todo lo que pod\u00eda, lo que me llevaba a sentirme hinchado e inc\u00f3moda despu\u00e9s de unos pocos d\u00edas. As\u00ed que aprend\u00ed a disfrutar de esos peque\u00f1os momentos, descubriendo alimentos locales, nuevos restaurantes, tradiciones, etc., pero a\u00fan cuidando de lo que como.<\/p>\n<p>Las \u00faltimas veces que he salido me he alojado en apartamentos o casas equipadas. Me encanta disfrutar de las casas de otras personas y, como a\u00f1adido adicional, puedo disfrutar de una cocina y mi comida si quiero. Aunque muchas veces es un gran reto. Es f\u00e1cil cocinar en tu propia cocina, mis armarios est\u00e1n llenos de ingredientes, especias y toneladas de utensilios espec\u00edficos, espiralizer, tamiz fino, licuadora &#8230; Pero cuando tienes que cocinar en otras casas, se convierte en toda una aventura!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sunny Buddha Bowl<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El primer d\u00eda uso para ir al mercado local y cargar mi cesta con frutas y verduras frescas y locales, un par de ingredientes b\u00e1sicos como garbanzos cocidos, quinoa o almendras, para poder preparar una cena fresca nutritiva y deliciosa en poco tiempo. Las cocinas en casas de vacaciones suelen tener ingredientes b\u00e1sicos como aceite de oliva, vinagre, sal y, si tienes suerte, algunas hierbas secas. As\u00ed que en las vacaciones es cuando disfruto m\u00e1s, la cocina simple, saboreando el sabor natural de las verduras, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n<p>Con mis tesoros del mercado, ayer pude crear estos coloridos cuencos con ensalada de quinoa, pepino picante, pimientos asados \u200b\u200bcon cebolla y un huevo cocido para obtener m\u00e1s energ\u00eda. Y hoy el almuerzo consist\u00eda en garbanzos con at\u00fan, y ensalada de pepino y zanahoria. Realmente no importa lo que pongas en tu bol si es equilibrado, fresco y natural. Incluso puedes ponerlo en un tupper para llevar y disfrutarlo en la playa, durante una caminata en la monta\u00f1a o donde quieras.<\/p>\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
