Siempre lo tuve y siempre lo tendr\u00e9. Me gusta el sabor, la complacencia, la textura. Disfruto de las cosas s\u00faper dulces tanto c\u00f3mo la acidez sutil de un delicado pastel de lim\u00f3n. Me encantan hincar el diente las galletas crujientes, pero la mayor\u00eda de las veces prefiero las opciones m\u00e1s jugosas, suaves y esponjosas.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando comenc\u00e9 la andadura de llevar una vida m\u00e1s nutritiva, estaba un poco preocupada ya que no quer\u00eda renunciar a mis deliciosos dulces. Le\u00ed muchos art\u00edculos y prob\u00e9 toneladas de recetas y al principio te puedes consternar. Muchos de los pasteles, galletas, pasteles y snacks con bajo contenido de az\u00facar llevaban harinas refinadas; si no, necesitar\u00edas 4 harinas diferentes para hacer una receta o ten\u00edas que comprometer en textura.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n muchas personas que conozco tienden a seguir las directrices crudiveganas o paleo, son s\u00faper nutritivas y con sabores incre\u00edbles, pero tienden a ser m\u00e1s duras en textura, no satisfacen mis antojos de esponjosidad.<\/p>\n<p>Pero la verdad es que despu\u00e9s de mucho experimentar, he conseguido hacer deliciosos y riqu\u00edsimos pasteles o galletas sin renunciar a esa textura que tanto me gusta. Adem\u00e1s, no sigo ninguna filosof\u00eda de alimentaci\u00f3n o escuela, solo la que mi cuerpo me ordena. Y dado que no sufro ning\u00fan tipo de intolerancia o alergia, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 deber\u00eda renunciar a los huevos cuando son esenciales como emulsionante? Adem\u00e1s, son s\u00faper nutritivos tambi\u00e9n. Son muy ricas en sabor y mantienen la textura de una madalena tradicional, jugosa, suave y ligero. Son ideales para cuando sientes que necesitas un bocado dulce, pero no quieres comprometer tu salud.<br \/>\nEl trigo sarraceno es mi harina favorita para hornear, tiene un maravilloso sabor a nueces. No contiene gluten, tiene IG bajo y es rico en fibra y minerales esenciales.
