Le gusta enredarse en la cocina tanto como a mi, si no est\u00e1 haciendo la comida, est\u00e1 envolviendo croquetas u horneando galletas para acompa\u00f1ar al caf\u00e9. Si le dices: \u00abno te preocupes, si\u00e9ntate y rel\u00e1jate, hoy me ocupar\u00e9 yo de la cena\u00bb, ella solo tardar\u00e1 2 minutos antes de que entre en la cocina y se ponga a tu lado,\u00a0 solo mirando o preguntando qu\u00e9 est\u00e1s haciendo. Y para ser sincera, \u00a1es muy divertido tener a alguien con quien trastear en la cocina!<\/p>\n<p>La semana pasada pudimos compartir bastante tiempo juntos e hicimos lo que m\u00e1s disfrutamos, cocinar. Tratamos de aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo ese tiempo juntas, ella comparte sus secretos de cocina conmigo y a mi encanta darle consejos adicionales para optimizar su nutrici\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s ella es super buena alumna y hace caso a lo que le dices \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Hicimos una deliciosa cazuela de mariscos, una pechuga de pavo asada, croquetas cl\u00e1sicas, burguers de remolacha, un par de tartas con poco \u00e9xito (ups \ud83d\ude05, culpamos a la levadura en polvo expirada) y hummus.<\/p>\n<p>Ella se sorprendi\u00f3 gratamente con las burgers de remolacha. El color, la textura y el sabor son simplemente incre\u00edbles. Tienen una textura crujiente en la parte de fuera, pero jugosas y tiernas por dentro, y tiene un delicioso sabor ahumado que lo convierte en una de las mejores hamburguesas vegetarianas que he probado hasta ahora.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>remolacha<\/strong> es una de las hortalizas m\u00e1s ricas en antioxidantes y mejora el flujo sangu\u00edneo en todo el cuerpo. Tambi\u00e9n son antiinflamatorios y ayudan a reducir la presi\u00f3n arterial. Los <strong>jud\u00edas rojas<\/strong> est\u00e1n repletas de prote\u00ednas, necesarias para desarrollar un m\u00fasculo fino y tienen un \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico bajo lo que mantienen estables los niveles de az\u00facar en sangre estables y tienen un alto contenido de fibra, lo que hace que te sientas satisfecho por m\u00e1s tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Estas burguers son diferentes a cualquier otra hamburguesa vegetariana que hayas probado.
