Las hice la semana pasada para nuestra nueva tradici\u00f3n de fines de semana de comida r\u00e1pida saludable y fue un \u00e9xito total.<\/p>\n<p>Casi no me lo puedo creer, la coliflor fue una de las verduras que m\u00e1s odiaba en mi juventud. No fue hasta hace un par de a\u00f1os que le di una oportunidad. Traste\u00e9 mucho con ella, \u00bfcu\u00e1l podr\u00eda ser la mejor manera de cocinarla? He hecho alb\u00f3ndigas de coliflor, pat\u00e9 de coliflor, cusc\u00fas de coliflor, bechamel de coliflor, coliflor salteada, he hecho flatbreads e incluso la he probado en batidos. \u00a1Y la verdad es que cada vez como m\u00e1s coliflor y es que ahora me encanta! Es tan vers\u00e1til&#8230; \u00a1Solo tienes que olvidarte de la coliflor hervida que usabas comer de peque\u00f1o y has de encontrar la manera de cocinarla que m\u00e1s te guste, adem\u00e1s en la mayor\u00eda de los platos que he mencionado antes \u00a1ni siquiera huele o sabe a coliflor!<\/p>\n<h2>Valor nutricional<\/h2>\n<p>La coliflor pertenece a la familia de las cruc\u00edferas, como la col rizada, el repollo, las coles de bruselas o el br\u00f3coli. Es una fuente excelente de anticancer\u00edgenos conocidos como glucosinolatos. Tambi\u00e9n es rica en vitamina B6, C, K, fibra, \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico y potasio. Favorece la digesti\u00f3n y mejora su sistema inmunol\u00f3gico y funciona como antiinflamatorio.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 la coliflor produce tantos gases? \u00a1Y c\u00f3mo evitarlo!<\/h2>\n<p>Puedes tener miedo a la coliflor porque te hincha y te llena de gases.
