Son responsables de nuestro sistema inmune, la digesti\u00f3n y la absorci\u00f3n de nutrientes. Cuando la mayor\u00eda de estas bacterias buenas mueren, las bacterias malas (levadura y par\u00e1sitos) causan un desequilibrio en nuestra flora, que se manifiesta en forma de estre\u00f1imiento, colitis, eccema, artritis &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Estos buenos mircoorganismos desaparecen por muchas causas, pero principalmente por el consumo de antibi\u00f3ticos, cloro (que se encuentra en el agua del grifo y la propia botella), tabaco, alcohol, comida procesada, por el estr\u00e9s, por seguir una dieta rica en grasas o carnes (la carne no ecol\u00f3gica generalmente est\u00e1 plagada de antibi\u00f3ticos que dan a los animales para no enfermar).<\/p>\n<p>Para mejorar e incrementar el consumo de bacterias buenas, aumenta el consumo de alimentos fermentados como el t<strong>empeh, miso, Kombucha, k\u00e9fir, suero de leche o chucrut<\/strong>. El proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n &#8216;pre-digiere la comida&#8217; por lo que esos microorganismos son m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de ser absorbidos.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes encontrar suplementos probi\u00f3ticos. Opta por una mezcla de probi\u00f3ticos que te proporcione al menos 5-30 mil millones de organismos vivos. Los efectos secundarios son raros, primero pueden causar gases y distensi\u00f3n abdominal, pero desaparecen en unos pocos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Los\u00a0<strong>prebi\u00f3ticos<\/strong>\u00a0se refieren a la fibra soluble que alimenta a las bacterias buenas.
