Sin embargo, la mayor\u00eda de nosotros dormimos menos horas cada noche.<\/p>\n<div id=\"entry_paragraph_2\" class=\"entry-body--paragraph-ad\">\n<h2 class=\"ad_spot \">\u00a0<strong>\u00bfQU\u00c9 SUCEDE MIENTRAS DUERMES?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Cuando cerramos los ojos y nos dormimos, nuestros \u00f3rganos internos tambi\u00e9n entran en momento de descanso y es cuando se recuperan de sus actividades diarias, se produce la recuperaci\u00f3n de los tejidos y el m\u00fasculo se recompone y crece.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras dormimos, se liberan hormonas y estas ayudan a regular el control del apetito, el estr\u00e9s, el crecimiento, el metabolismo y otras funciones corporales.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se consolida nuestra memoria, nuevos recuerdos se forman y se almacenan, permitiendo un aprendizaje m\u00e1s eficaz.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfY SI NO DORMIMOS BIEN?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Privar a nuestro cuerpo del sue\u00f1o que necesita es tan da\u00f1ino como una dieta llena de az\u00facares y alimentos procesados, o una vida sin ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p>La falta de sue\u00f1o puede transformar nuestro temperamento, te vuelves m\u00e1s gru\u00f1\u00f3n e irritable y nuestro f\u00edsico tambi\u00e9n se ver\u00e1 afectado, el peso ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s elevado que si durmi\u00e9semos las horas correspondientes, adem\u00e1s de que nos sentiremos m\u00e1s inflamados y nuestro sistema inmunol\u00f3gico sufre. La capacidad de concentraci\u00f3n disminuye y puede comprometer nuestro estado mental.<\/p>\n<p>No dormir lo suficiente afecta a todas las c\u00e9lulas y \u00f3rganos de nuestro cuerpo, y se asocia con la diabetes e incluso con la enfermedad de Alzheimer.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfQU\u00c9 CAUSA LA FALTA DE SUE\u00d1O?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hay muchos factores que afectan nuestra rutina de sue\u00f1o. Puede ser porque estemos preocupados por cosas de trabajo, algunos medicamentos interfieren con la somnolencia, el estr\u00e9s, la ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n, ciertos alimentos (como la cafe\u00edna) o incluso el uso de dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos, todos repercuten en nuestra calidad de sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>H\u00c1BITOS PARA UN DORMIR SALUDABLE<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s importante para tener un sue\u00f1o de gran calidad es adoptar una rutina, un tipo de ritual que env\u00ede se\u00f1ales de relajaci\u00f3n a tu cerebro y prepare tu cuerpo para una noche de descanso.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acostarse a la misma hora todos los d\u00edas.<\/li>\n<li>Disfruta de una infusi\u00f3n de hierbas relajante (solo si esto no interrumpe tu sue\u00f1o porque tienes que ir al ba\u00f1o a media noche). Un<em>\u00a0c\u00facuma latte\u00a0<\/em>tambi\u00e9n es una excelente manera de relajar su sistema nervioso.<\/li>\n<li>Ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n y meditaci\u00f3n para ayudar a despejar su mente y sentirte m\u00e1s tranquilo.<\/li>\n<li>Por la noche basa tu cena en verduras y prote\u00ednas magras, las cuales ayuda a recuperarse y a una reconstrucci\u00f3n muscular mientras duerme. Incrementa la ingesta con alimentos antioxidantes ya que ayudan a mejorar tus digestiones y tu sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.<\/li>\n<li>Toma un ba\u00f1o perfumado con aceites esenciales de lavanda y manzanilla-<\/li>\n<li>Apaga tu ordenador o m\u00f3vil a una hora decente.<\/li>\n<li>Convierte tu habitaci\u00f3n en un oasis. Dormir en una habitaci\u00f3n oscura ayuda a estimular la melatonina, una hormona que promueve el sue\u00f1o. Adem\u00e1s, la temperatura de la habitaci\u00f3n es vital, debe ser fresca m\u00e1s que calurosa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>ALIMENTOS QUE AYUDAN A CONCILIAR EL SUE\u00d1O<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Recuerdo que mis abuelos tomaban un vaso de leche tibia todas las noches justo antes de acostarse, con la excusa de que les ayudaba a dormir. No se si hay ciencia o no detr\u00e1s pero de lo que si hay prueba es de que los siguientes ingredientes promueven un sue\u00f1o de calidad:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Boniato: los carbohidratos complejos estimulan la liberaci\u00f3n de serotonina, una hormona que calma el cerebro.<\/li>\n<li>Alimentos fermentados como chucrut, kimchi, vinagre de sidra de manzana, pasta de miso, yogur o k\u00e9fir. Hay un v\u00ednculo directo entre nuestro intestino y nuestro cerebro.
