Estos panecillos ingleses, no son comunes en Espa\u00f1a, son dif\u00edciles de encontrar (aunque mejor, para no caer en la tentaci\u00f3n \ud83d\ude1b). Durante la semana pasada, sin ning\u00fan porqu\u00e9 me entraron unas repentinas ganas de comerme uno.<\/p>\n<p>Mmmm\u00a0<em>scones<\/em>, \u00a1es que son tan ricos! Me traen buenos recuerdos, panader\u00edas de Dubl\u00edn; deliciosa, cremosa y rica mantequilla irlandesa; un cielo bellamente gris\u00e1ceo; y muchos t\u00e9s de las 5 con mis maravillosas amigas\ud83d\udc6d\ud83d\udc6d. Cuando nos falta algo de esto, nos sentimos inc\u00f3modos e instintivos, nuestro cuerpo anhela la comodidad para restaurar su sensaci\u00f3n de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Y esto es exactamente lo que me ha sucedido! Mis ansias de bollos evocar\u00edan los buenos sentimientos y el amor de mis amigas de Dubl\u00edn. Cuando necesitas afrontar estas emociones, necesita tomar decisiones, \u00bfcu\u00e1l es la mejor manera de satisfacer esas emociones sin sabotear su salud?<\/p>\n<p>Algunas personas salen a caminar, a otras les gusta pintar o hacer algo de manualidades, yo, personalmente acudo al confort de la comida. Puede que no sea la mejor forma, pero he aprendido a elegir opciones m\u00e1s saludables para satisfacer esos antojos. Us\u00e9 avena integral y harina de espelta, carbohidratos complejos que se absorber\u00e1n m\u00e1s despacio y me har\u00e1n sentir m\u00e1s lleno durante m\u00e1s tiempo. No a\u00f1ad\u00ed az\u00facar, endulz\u00e1ndolos con los az\u00facares naturales que se encuentran en la manzana tiernamente asada. La receta tradicional utiliza mantequilla, aqu\u00ed tienes dos opciones: eligir una mantequilla sostenible, org\u00e1nica y local o aceite de coco sin refinar prensado en fr\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p>Esta es mi nueva relaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludable con la alimentaci\u00f3n emocional.
