S\u00ed, no me he equivocado, sin rebanadas de pan, baguete, pita o cualquier otro tipo de pan. Fue en Camboya, hace 4 a\u00f1os, en el caf\u00e9 donde trabaj\u00e9 como asesora culinaria.<\/p>\n<p>Era un hermoso rollo envuelto con papel de alga nori en lugar de pan. Me pareci\u00f3 una idea brillante para aquellos que quer\u00edan una versi\u00f3n sin gluten, baja en carbohidratos, o que solo quer\u00edan disfrutar de las algas nori de otra manera diferente al sushi.<br \/>\nDesde entonces vi en Pinterest versiones similares, con champi\u00f1ones portobello en lugar de rebanadas de pan, l\u00e1minas de boniato o hojas de col.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy rellen\u00e9 mi alga nori con pat\u00e9 de coliflor, zanahorias y calabac\u00edn en juliana, cubierto con brotes y espolvoreado con semillas de s\u00e9samo. La forma m\u00e1s com\u00fan de usarlo es para hacer sushi, pero puedes disfrutar del alga nori de muchas otras formas, como un crujiente snack horne\u00e1ndolo durante unos minutos. Puedes cortarlo y agregarlo a tu sopa de miso o hacer un delicioso aderezo cort\u00e1ndolo en pedazos muy peque\u00f1os y mezcl\u00e1ndolo con algunas semillas de s\u00e9samo y sal.<\/p>\n<p>Nori es la mejor fuente de vitamina B12 para los vegetarianos.
