Es tan endiabladamente bueno, f\u00e1cil y perfecto para esos momentos en los que tienes antojo de algo dulce.<\/p>\n<p>Nunca he sido muy fan de hacer zumos o batidos en casa. Supongo que porque el proceso de limpieza de la licuadora es un poco rollo. Me lleva m\u00e1s tiempo lavar la licuadora que preparar el zumo. Aunque tengo que reconocer que cuando preparo un batido, siempre juro que los har\u00e9 m\u00e1s a menudo. Porque d\u00e9jame ser honesta, es r\u00e1pido, incre\u00edble y perfecto para un refrigerio a media ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p>La combinaci\u00f3n de chocolate, pl\u00e1tano y almendra nunca falla. Tan delicado, cremoso, con intenso chocolate y muy saludable tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>Ya te he comentado en anteriores posts sobre la mala reputaci\u00f3n de los pl\u00e1tanos. Pero debo insistir, tienen poderosos beneficios y contienen nutrientes esenciales para nuestro cuerpo. Incluso es bueno para aliviar el picor de una picadura de mosquito. S\u00ed, es verdad, es un truco incre\u00edble que aprend\u00ed en mis meses en Camboya. Solo necesitas frotar el interior de una c\u00e1scara de pl\u00e1tano y obtendr\u00e1s un alivio inmediato.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que normalmente hago es comprar &#8216;toneladas&#8217; de pl\u00e1tanos y cuando est\u00e1n maduros, los pelo, los corto y los envolvo individualmente. Luego los congelo, as\u00ed siempre tengo pl\u00e1tanos listos para batidos, bizcochos, tortillas &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ya sabes que el chocolate y el pl\u00e1tano es una combinaci\u00f3n cl\u00e1sica que combina perfectamente.
