Encontr\u00e9 este tipo de pasta de espinacas en un supermercado hace un par de semanas, es la primera vez que la uso pero tengo que decir que es top. Necesitaba preparar algo r\u00e1pido, algo que pudiera prepararse mientras la pasta estaba hirviendo y \u00a1se me ocurri\u00f3 este impresionante Green Pasta Bowl! Es \u00e1cido gracias al aceite de lim\u00f3n y dulce por el aceite de albahaca que he usado en \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<p>Y debo decir que probablemente el secreto de su maravilloso sabor son los aceites esenciales que he utilizado. Ha sido uno de mis primeros experimentos cocinando con aceites esenciales, como chef siempre he usado hierbas y especias frescas, \u00a1pero cuando una amiga me cont\u00f3 sobre estos poderosos aceites no pude resistirme! \u00a1Y la verdad es que son realmente extraordinarios! Solo una gota del aceite esencial y toda la comida estar\u00e1 impregnada y cubiertas con su aroma y sabor. Son s\u00faper potentes, as\u00ed que solo una gota para una gran cacerola de pasta es m\u00e1s que suficiente.<\/p>\n<p>Si eres aventurero y te gustar\u00eda probar a usarlos tambi\u00e9n, ten en cuenta que no todos los aceites esenciales son iguales.
