Podr\u00edas servirlo con arroz integral, quinoa o cusc\u00fas, de cualquier forma estar\u00e1 riqu\u00edsimo.<\/p>\n<p>La primera vez que me top\u00e9 con el tamarindo fue cuando viv\u00eda en Camboya. Lo usan en muchos platos y puedes encontrarlo f\u00e1cilmente en los mercados callejeros. Aqu\u00ed en Espa\u00f1a no es tan com\u00fan, pero puedes encontrarlo en tiendas de alimentos asi\u00e1ticos. Siempre me gusta tener en casa, no los uso tanto como me gustar\u00eda, pero le da un gran sabor a cualquier plato de estilo asi\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<h3>Tamarindo<\/h3>\n<p>Para aquellos que no sep\u00e1is qu\u00e9 es el tamarindo, solo tened en cuenta que es otro ingrediente estrella de la cocina asi\u00e1tica. Es una fruta agridulce que crece en vainas largas con c\u00e1scaras marrones. Tiene una pulpa pegajosa y carnosa y se puede consumir cruda, en pasta, secar o molida.<\/p>\n<p>Es s\u00faper saludable, considerado un poderoso agente antioxidante y antiinflamatorio. es rico en vitamina C, E y B, adem\u00e1s de calcio, hierro, potasio y fibra diet\u00e9tica. Hay toneladas de estudios que muestran los beneficios saludables del tamarindo. Puede reducir la inflamaci\u00f3n, mejorar la visi\u00f3n, la circulaci\u00f3n, aumentar la salud respiratoria, reduce la fiebre, alivia el dolor y puede curar las afecciones de la piel y muchas otras propiedades.<\/p>\n<p>El curry es el plato cl\u00e1sico para usar tamarindo, pero puedes hacer muchas otras delicias con \u00e9l. Como he dicho, agrega una cucharadita a tu curry, dhal o pad Thai.
