Es f\u00e1cil, delicioso, saludable, s\u00faper r\u00e1pido de preparar (menos de 20 minutos) y solo necesitar\u00e1s 5 ingredientes.<\/p>\n<p>Me recuerda a mis d\u00edas en el sudeste asi\u00e1tico, un r\u00e1pido salteado, con jengibre, picante y muy sabroso. Mucho mejor que los que obtienes en los take aways.<\/p>\n<p>El br\u00f3coli es cocido con su propio sabor y el de la rica salsa, pero queda perfectamente crujiente y la carne se puede hacer a tu gusto. Se considera un superalimento y es rico en antioxidantes, vitamina C, E y una maravillosa fuente de vitaminas del grupo B, calcio, hierro, magnesio, potasio, manganeso y f\u00f3sforo.<\/p>\n<p>La carne contiene todos los amino\u00e1cidos esenciales, por lo que es una prote\u00edna completa que ayuda a construir y reparar los m\u00fasculos. Elige una carne ecol\u00f3gica que solo se alimente de pasto verde, que tiene una proporci\u00f3n m\u00e1s alta de \u00e1cidos grasos omega 3 y menos grasa saturada en comparaci\u00f3n con la carne
