Me encanta pasar tiempo en la cocina, me permite escapar del mundo y me relaja, me hace sentir creativo, feliz y compartido. Me encanta crear platos complicados, me encanta el proceso de cambiar y elaborar diferentes ingredientes, para obtener el resultado de un plato hermoso y delicioso.<\/p>\n<p>Pero tambi\u00e9n tengo que admitir que muchas veces termino mezclando todo lo que tengo en la nevera para preparar mi almuerzo o cena. A veces sin mucha idea, si los sabores van a funcionar, pero la mayor\u00eda de las veces termino creando platos deliciosos y s\u00faper sabrosos.<\/p>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de las veces no comparto esas recetas ya que en realidad no hay una receta real, a veces es triste ya que no podr\u00e9 recrear exactamente el mismo plato.<\/p>\n<p>Esta ensalada de pollo harisa es de esos platos improvisados \u200b\u200bque preparo para m\u00ed. Y fue tan malditamente bueno que tuve que compartirlo contigo.<\/p>\n<p>Yo marino el pollo con pasta harissa, piment\u00f3n y aceite de oliva y la aderezo con un ligero aderezo de lim\u00f3n. Easy peasy y super delish!
