Ya comenzamos la temporada de horchata hace algunas semanas, los chiringuitos ya est\u00e1n puestos en las playas y helados y granizados aparecen en las cartas de los restaurantes.<\/p>\n<p>Para este domingo, prepar\u00e9 una deliciosa tarta semifr\u00eda de Mango Coco, vegana, sin gluten, sin lactosa y sin az\u00facar, \u00a1muuuuuy muy rica! Como el pastel est\u00e1 congelado, es el postre perfecto para tener a mano algo dulce despu\u00e9s de las comidas. El combo mango + coco es un combo cl\u00e1sico que nunca falla, es perfecto cuando quieres evocar el verano, la playa, las olas, el viento, tan dulce y maravilloso.<\/p>\n<p>Para el relleno he usado Coco Start Mango de Abbot Kinney&#8217;s, una alternativa vegana al yogur que har\u00e1 volar tu mente. Es tan cremoso, suave, rico y naturalmente dulce. Esta empresa joven y vibrante de Netherland tiene productos de calidad realmente sorprendentes, todos hechos con ingredientes naturales.
