{"id":3205,"date":"2018-05-23T08:13:51","date_gmt":"2018-05-23T06:13:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/?p=3205"},"modified":"2018-11-20T22:10:28","modified_gmt":"2018-11-20T21:10:28","slug":"barritas-saludables-de-granola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/barritas-saludables-de-granola\/","title":{"rendered":"Barritas Saludables de Granola"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Creo que lo m\u00e1s importante para seguir una dieta saludable es estar preparado.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9jate de las tentaciones que alimentos procesados \u200b\u200bpueden suponer, surte tu casa con alimentos integrales, frescos y naturales y ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil mantenerse fuerte frente a las tentaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Bien, quiz\u00e1s pienses que esto puede ser f\u00e1cil de hacer en casa, pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 sucede cuando est\u00e1s en la calle, entre comidas y hambriento? La mayor\u00eda de la gente va a buscar lo primero que encuentran en el supermercado, mostradores, m\u00e1quinas expendedoras &#8230; Y todos sabemos que generalmente son barritas de chocolate, patatas fritas, nachos, palomitas de ma\u00edz, bocadillos envasados, caramelos&#8230; nada muy natural o fresco.<\/p>\n<p>Bueno, sigo diciendo que la clave es estar preparado.<\/p>\n<p>Lleva siempre contigo una botella de agua y algunos snacks saludables como fruta fresca, nueces naturales o delicias nutritivas caseras.<\/p>\n<p>Yo sol\u00eda \u200b\u200bmentirme a m\u00ed mismoa y dec\u00eda: \u00abNo voy a llevarme nada as\u00ed no comer\u00e9 entre comidas y perder\u00e9 algo de peso &#8230; Bueno, esto nunca suced\u00eda, siempre terminaba comprando algo y comiendo algo no tan sano o llegaba muerta del hambre a la hora de la comida y de devoraba todo en 5 minutos.<br \/>\nDespu\u00e9s de a\u00f1os de observarme a m\u00ed misma, descubr\u00ed que lo que funciona para m\u00ed era comer entre horas, de esta forma no llegaba a la comida ni a la cena con hambre. Puedes encontrar snacks en todas partes, en los cajeros de la tiendas y supers, en las delish, en los quioscos, en las m\u00e1quinas expendedoras, casi en cada esquina. El problema es que como hemos dicho esas opciones no son muy aconsejables.<\/p>\n<p>Estas saludables barritas de granola son f\u00e1ciles de llevar, puedes comertelas frente a tu escritorio o en la comodidad de su sof\u00e1. Son personalizables, puedes elegir y combinar los sabores que m\u00e1s te gustan, usar muchas especias o usar mango seco y pi\u00f1a si prefieres algo m\u00e1s fresco y m\u00e1s ex\u00f3tico.
