La verdad que estamos experimentando una primavera realmente extra\u00f1a en Barcelona,\u00a0 supongo que la primavera al igual que el oto\u00f1o se caracteriza por las lluvias y tormentas, pero es que est\u00e1 lloviendo 3-4 d\u00edas a la semana, siempre los fines de semana y nada de llovizna, es una lluvia contundente. Debo decir que esto le va bastante bien a nuestros pantanos y nuestras reservas de agua, pues normalmente estamos en alerta por sequ\u00eda, por lo que no me voy a quejar, y dejar\u00e9 que la lluvia siga cayendo tan feliz. Adem\u00e1s la temperatura es bastante buena, alrededor de los 20\u00baC, por lo que aun podemos aprovechar esos ratitos en los que el sol brilla para broncearnos y absorber la vitamina D tan necesaria.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s otro punto positivo a favor de la lluvia es que estoy con un proyecto que me hace estar delante del ordenador muchas horas, y la mayor parte del d\u00eda lo paso dentro de casa, por lo que estoy content\u00edsima con la lluvia, me hace estar m\u00e1s hogare\u00f1a y tener ese sentimiento de acogedor y comodidad, sin sentirme triste porque no puedo disfrutar de ese sol y ese calor. As\u00ed que por m\u00ed, la lluvia puede quedarse unas semanas m\u00e1s con nosotros \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de la lluvia, como he dicho la temperatura acompa\u00f1a y yo he ido cambiando mi alimentaci\u00f3n ajust\u00e1ndose a una m\u00e1s veraniega, m\u00e1s fresquita. He estado merendando batidos helados, disfrutando de las frutas con hueso como los melocotones, albaricoques y cerezas y degustando ricas ensaladas para comer.<\/p>\n<p>La receta de hoy es una ensalada deliciosa y refrescante que me hice la semana pasada, y que seguro estar\u00e1 en mi mesa muchas m\u00e1s veces este verano. Tiene mucho verde, jugosa sand\u00eda, rico queso feta y un delicioso ali\u00f1o de r\u00facula. Para hacerlo m\u00e1s contundente, podr\u00edas a\u00f1adir quinoa, garbanzos o lentejas, y para una versi\u00f3n vegana simplemente cambia el queso feta por tofu.<\/p>\n<p>La salsa de r\u00facula es simplemente un pesto hecho con r\u00facula en lugar de albahaca, lo que le da un delicioso sabor m\u00e1s potente, puedes hacerlo con otras hierbas, como cilantro o menta para darle un toque
