Realmente no lo s\u00e9, pero de todos modos quer\u00eda mostraros este delicioso humus de jud\u00eda mungo, pat\u00e9, dip o crema, da igual como lo llames, est\u00e1 incre\u00edblemente delicioso.<\/p>\n<p>Ten\u00eda estas jud\u00edas mung, ya cocinadas, en la nevera. As\u00ed que r\u00e1pidamente prepar\u00e9 este hummus, suave y cremoso. El tentempie perfecto para cualquier hora del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Las jud\u00edas mungo, tambi\u00e9n conocidas como soja verde en Espa\u00f1a est\u00e1n cargadas de potasio, bioflavonoides, vitamina B, fibra, antioxidantes y magnesio, importante para la salud cardiovascular y digestiva. Las jud\u00edas mungo tambi\u00e9n son una prote\u00edna vegetal completa, lo que significa que los veganos pueden obtener todos los amino\u00e1cidos esenciales de ellos.<\/p>\n<p>La receta es muy
