Por aqu\u00ed ya pensando en la fant\u00e1stica noche de San Juan, horneando cocas, tirando petardos, leyendo sobre\u00a0embrujos\u2026, ya ya s\u00e9 que aun quedan dos semanas pero es que es una noche m\u00e1gica y especial. San Juan da comienzo al verano y por ello hoy quer\u00eda traeros una receta del dulce predilecto de la estaci\u00f3n, y es que, si la ensalada es el plato estrella del verano, \u00bfcu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 el postre preferido de esta \u00e9poca? \u2026. Bingo, \u00a1el rico helado!<\/p>\n<p>Pero no os preocup\u00e9is que hoy toca\u00a0de los f\u00e1ciles, nada de heladeras, boles en el congelador, crema inglesa ni nada complicado. Hoy vamos a por \u2026. \u00a1los polos! Esos maravillosos helados\u00a0de hielo que tanto me recuerdan a cuando era peque\u00f1ita,\u00a0me volv\u00edan loca, aunque lo que no me gustaba era que el sabor se esfumaba a los pocos segundos y me quedaba comiendo solo hielo.<\/p>\n<p>Afortunadamente ahora me los preparo yo, y es que no hay excusa para no hacer\u00a0unos\u00a0ricos polos, solo necesit\u00e1is unos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.es\/gp\/product\/B071WJHGJW\/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=healthyforkfu-21&amp;camp=3638&amp;creative=24630&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;creativeASIN=B071WJHGJW&amp;linkId=c962f8222e2de1b3e8276be76b8b40da\">moldes<\/a>*, frutas bien sabrosas y lo m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil, un poco de paciencia para que la magia de lugar a unos magn\u00edficos y refrescantes tentempi\u00e9s. (*ver nota a final del post)<\/p>\n<p>Lo mejor es que en verano hay un mont\u00f3n de diferentes frutas, todas ricas y deliciosas, por lo que podemos hacer polos de infinitos sabores, ciruelas y cerezas; mel\u00f3n, menta y lima; mango y naranja; frambuesa y lim\u00f3n; incluso de vuestros cocktails favoritos, polos de mojito, de bloody Mary, de caipirinha \u2026. como os digo, millones de mezclas incre\u00edbles que os\u00a0har\u00e1n disfrutar en las altas temperaturas.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy apostamos por una de mis frutas favoritas, los melocotones.<\/p>\n<p>Los melocotones dulces y jugosos
