C\u00f3mo los d\u00edas oscuros de invierno pueden hacer que nos sintamos m\u00e1s tristes y c\u00f3mo el sol brillante del verano nos provoca un subid\u00f3n de energ\u00eda. Pero no solo el estado de \u00e1nimo se ve afectado, tambi\u00e9n nuestra piel y nuestro cabello. Y es que cuando cambia el clima tambi\u00e9n lo hacen nuestro h\u00e1bitos, a menudo sin darnos cuenta. Influye en lo que hacemos, en lo que comemos y adonde vamos. nuestro nivel de actividad f\u00edsica tambi\u00e9n se ve alterado, en primavera, con los d\u00edas m\u00e1s largos y a medida que sube la temperatura nos atrae hacer ejercicio al aire libre, mientras que cuando hace fr\u00edo solemos hacerlo en el gimnasio. Nos vemos atraidos por diferentes alimentos, los supermercados y restaurantes cambian sus cartas seg\u00fan los ingredientes disponibles, por lo que los cambios en la dieta son inevitables.<\/p>\n<h3>C\u00f3mo afecta el verano a nuestra piel y Como reducir los males de la estaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Dado que estamos casi en verano me gustar\u00eda contaros las formas en que este afecta a nuestra piel y a nuestra salud en general.<\/p>\n<p>Las altas temperaturas de verano hace que nos refugiemos bajo el aire acondicionado, esto puede provocar irritaci\u00f3n y deshidrataci\u00f3n de nuestra piel. Casi sin quererlo exponemos nuestra piel a muchas m\u00e1s horas de sol, sec\u00e1ndola y da\u00f1\u00e1ndola. Ba\u00f1arnos en piscinas con cloro hacen que nuestra piel tambi\u00e9n se irrite y se seque, al igual que nuestro pelo se ve tambi\u00e9n afectado.. Los viajes en avi\u00f3n o practicar deporte en tierra pueden exponernos a bacterias y otras part\u00edculas da\u00f1inas se pueden filtrar por nuestros poros.<\/p>\n<p>Para minimizar todos estos problemas y mejorar el estado de nuestra piel es importante:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utiliza cremas y lociones para el cabello, naturales, que te hidraten bien, aloe vera o aceites sin esencia son ideales, te recomiendo <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2t6YvWk\">aceite de aguacat<\/a>e o pistacho.<\/li>\n<li>Mantenerse bien hidratado, bebe agua de coco que contiene minerales y vitaminas que te ayudar\u00e1n a mantenerte bien nutrido, enriquece tu agua con frutas y especias.<\/li>\n<li>Invierte en un buen <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2yqkwo0\">humificador<\/a>, refrescar\u00e1 el ambiente a la vez que te mantiene hidratado.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e1vate la cara y duchate justo despu\u00e9s de practicar deporte, as\u00ed limpiar\u00e1s los poros de esas posibles bacterias da\u00f1inas.<\/li>\n<li>Utiliza <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2LYIrww\">protecci\u00f3n solar<\/a> que sea buena para tu piel y tambi\u00e9n para el medio ambiente, adem\u00e1s del problema de los pl\u00e1sticos en el mar, los qu\u00edmicos que llevan muchas cremas solares afectan al mar a los animales que viven en \u00e9l.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/healthyforkful.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/pexels-photo-112362.jpeg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3285\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/healthyforkful.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/pexels-photo-112362.jpeg?resize=980%2C653&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"980\" height=\"653\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/healthyforkful.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/pexels-photo-112362.jpeg?resize=1024%2C682&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/healthyforkful.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/pexels-photo-112362.jpeg?resize=300%2C200&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/healthyforkful.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/pexels-photo-112362.jpeg?resize=768%2C512&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/healthyforkful.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/pexels-photo-112362.jpeg?w=1280&amp;ssl=1 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Aprov\u00e9chate de las frutas de verano<\/h3>\n<p>Otra cosa muy imporante e impactante que podemos hacer es sacar el m\u00e1ximo partido a nuestra dieta. Y es que no hay nada como\u00a0la abundante cosecha de verano para renovar y rejuvenecer tu piel y tu salud en general. Las frutas de verano est\u00e1n llenas de propiedades curativas, lo que lo convierte en una forma simple y efectiva de mantener tu piel m\u00e1s firme, m\u00e1s clara y m\u00e1s joven. Disfruta de estas siete frutas, por dentro y por fuera, son frescas y abundantes en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La <strong>sand\u00eda<\/strong> contiene citrulina, un amino\u00e1cido que se convierte en arginina, que relaja los vasos sangu\u00edneos y mejora el flujo sangu\u00edneo para lograr una piel m\u00e1s saludable.<\/li>\n<li>Los <strong>melocotones<\/strong> son ricos en betacaroteno, que ayuda a proteger la piel del da\u00f1o solar.<\/li>\n<li>Los <strong>ar\u00e1ndanos<\/strong> est\u00e1n llenos de fibra, potasio, \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico, vitamina C, vitamina B6, as\u00ed como fitonutrientes. Tambi\u00e9n promueven la producci\u00f3n de col\u00e1geno para una piel sana.<\/li>\n<li>Las <strong>moras<\/strong> est\u00e1n cargadas de antioxidantes.
