Los aguacates se cultivan en muchas variedades, los m\u00e1s conocidos en Espa\u00f1a son el <strong>Hass<\/strong> cuya piel es m\u00e1s rugosa y pasa de verde a negra cuando a alcanzado su punto de maduraci\u00f3n, no es de extra\u00f1ar que sea el m\u00e1s popular, su pulpa es muy cremosa y poco fibrosa comparada con otras variedades. El aguacate <strong>Bacon<\/strong> es de tama\u00f1o m\u00e1s grande, la semilla es oval en vez de redonda y la calidad de su pulpa es bastante inferior, es lisa, fina y vierde. Otro muy popular es el aguacate <strong>Fuerte<\/strong> casi de igual calidad que los Hass y aguantan mejor el fr\u00edo. Si ves un aguacate redondo casi seguro que es de la familia <strong>Reed<\/strong>, su pulpa tambi\u00e9n es de muy buena calidad y su sabor tiene un toque a nuez.<\/p><h3>VALOR NUTRICIONAL<\/h3><p>Estas frutas son realmente una belleza y un \u00abs\u00faper alimento\u00bb debido a su alto valor nutritivo.\u00a0<\/p><p>Son ricos en fibra, solo 1 aguacate, hay aproximadamente 14 gramos de fibra digestiva que es esencial para mantener nuestra digesti\u00f3n saludable, equilibrar el az\u00facar en la sangre, lo que ayuda a reducir el riesgo de diabetes tipo 2 y ayuda a controlar nuestro peso en varios niveles, incluyendo mantenernos llenos.\u00a0<\/p><p>Se complementa a la perfecci\u00f3n con otros alimentos reales, los aguacates act\u00faan como un \u00abrefuerzo de nutrientes\u00bb al ayudar al cuerpo a absorber mejor los nutrientes solubles en grasa, como las vitaminas A, D, E, K y los antioxidantes como el alfa y el betacaroteno y la lute\u00edna.<\/p><p>Los aguacates contienen alrededor de 20 vitaminas, minerales y fitonutrientes, lo que los hace densos en nutrientes para un volumen tan peque\u00f1o. pueden seguir varias pistas para saber si el aguacate est\u00e1 maduro o no. Cuanto m\u00e1s oscuro est\u00e9 su exterior es que est\u00e1 m\u00e1s maduro, tambi\u00e9n si est\u00e1 blando o duro es un buen indicador. Un truco que no falla es quitando el rabillo que queda en la parte superior, si vemos que est\u00e1 de color verde es que el aguacate est\u00e1 en su punto, si est\u00e1 amarillo es que est\u00e1 aun muy duro y si est\u00e1 muy oscuro es que el aguacate est\u00e1 demasiado maduro.<\/p><p>Despu\u00e9s de abrir un aguacate por la mitad, exprime el zumo de un lim\u00f3n o de lima y envu\u00e9lvelo bien para evitar que el aguacate se oxide r\u00e1pidamente (gu\u00e1rdalo en la nevera). Guardarlo con el hueso tambi\u00e9n ayuda a que no se oxide tan r\u00e1pido.<\/p><h3>PECULIARIDADES<\/h3><p>\u00bfSab\u00edas que del aguacate tambi\u00e9n se puede aprovechar esa semilla tan preciosa? S\u00ed y es que la semilla del aguacate es tan nutritiva como el propio fruto. En la semilla es donde se encuentra\u00a0el 70% de los antioxidantes que del aguacate. Es una gran fuente de fibra soluble. Para comerlo, hay que triturar la\u00a0 semilla limpia, previamente troceada, en un procesador de alimentos potente. Puedes disfrutarla en crudo o tostada. En crudo durar\u00e1 unos 3 d\u00edas en la nevera; si lo prefieres tostado, debes hornearlo a 60\u00baC durante 14 horas, y puede durarte hasta 6 meses. Agr\u00e9gualo a ensaladas, licuados, granola, mezcl\u00e1ndolo con otras especias, semillas o nueces.<\/p><h3>A TENER EN CUENTA<\/h3><p>Si tienes alergia al l\u00e1tex, los aguacates son una de esas frutas (como los pl\u00e1tanos y los kiwis) que contienen compuestos que est\u00e1n asociados con un s\u00edndrome de la fruta del l\u00e1tex, una reacci\u00f3n cruzada.
