Cuando est\u00e9 listo agregue las gambas y cocine 30segundo-1 minutos por cada lado (as\u00ed quedar\u00e1 un poquito cruda por dentro, si te gusta bien hecha, d\u00e9jalas m\u00e1s tiempo). Retire de la olla y reserve.<\/p><p>En la misma olla, agrega el comino y saltea 5-7 segundos teniendo mucho cuidado de no quemarse. Agregue la cebolla y saltee durante 5 minutos hasta que se doren. Agregue los pimientos rojos y sofr\u00eda por otros 4 minutos, revolviendo constantemente.<\/p><p>Agregue el resto de especias, c\u00farcuma, jengibre y hojuelas de chile. Revuelva para combinar y agregue sal y pimienta.<\/p><p>Agregue el agua y la crema de coco.
