Nunca antes hab\u00eda estado tan tranquilo por aqu\u00ed &#8230; \u00a1Mis disculpas por la falta de publicaciones, recetas y noticias!<\/p>\n<p>Julio fue un mes un tanto ajetreado, proyectos que tardan m\u00e1s de lo esperado en terminarse, mudanza, retos personales, nuevos proyectos emocionantes, las fechas de vacaciones inciertas &#8230; todo esto puede traducirse en estres, sentimientos a flor de piel y ausencia total de inspiraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por suerte, reservamos un vuelo a Menorca, mi para\u00edso, para el 1 de agosto. Sab\u00eda que me quedaba trabajo por hacer, proyectos en marcha, clientes a los que atender y un blog por escribir. Con una gran lista de cosas por terminar, mi plan era despertarme todos los d\u00edas a las 7:30 y trabajar unas horas antes de disfrutar del sol y de un ba\u00f1o en alta mar, trabajar un par de horillas m\u00e1s despu\u00e9s de la comida o bien entrada la tarde&#8230; pero \u00bfadivin\u00e1is qu\u00e9? Obviamente y menos mal por mi salud, todo eso solo era un plan&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/healthyforkful.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_2840.jpeg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3331\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/healthyforkful.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_2840.jpeg?resize=577%2C1024&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"577\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/healthyforkful.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_2840.jpeg?resize=577%2C1024&amp;ssl=1 577w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/healthyforkful.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_2840.jpeg?resize=169%2C300&amp;ssl=1 169w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/healthyforkful.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_2840.jpeg?w=640&amp;ssl=1 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 577px) 100vw, 577px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Muchos pueden pensar, aaaa tres semanas en Menorca, que lujo&#8230;. y la verdad que as\u00ed es, me siento super afortunada de poder disfrutar de esta maravillosa isla, aunque es cierto que los primeros d\u00edas fueron un tanto dif\u00edciles, \u00bfhab\u00e9is experimentado la sensaci\u00f3n de tener que hacer algo pero no poder hacerlo? La energ\u00eda aqu\u00ed en la isla es totalmente diferente, la vida va m\u00e1s lenta y m\u00e1s tranquila. Mi idea era seguir el ritmo que ten\u00eda en Barcelona, a\u00f1adiendo adem\u00e1s el disfrute que la isla me proporciona, \u200b\u200bpero no pod\u00eda, me faltaban las fuerzas y la falta de voluntad, llev\u00e1ndome a un sentimiento de culpabilidad inmenso, a una intranquilidad continua, conscan incluso antes de salir de la cama.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de mis muchos defectos es que tengo la tendencia de medir mi val\u00eda (solo la m\u00eda) seg\u00fan lo productiva que soy durante el d\u00eda &#8230; s\u00ed, lo s\u00e9, es una manera horrible de pensar, \u00a1\u00a1super equivocada !!<\/p>\n<p>Doy gracias a que no tard\u00e9 mucho en cambiar el chip y dejar esa mentalidad. Hice algunos ajustes y reemplaze el go-go-go por el slow-slow-slow. Desde entonces, he podido disfrutar la vida, las vacaciones y el trabajo, todo al mismo tiempo. No planifico mis d\u00edas, me levanto y veo c\u00f3mo me siento y qu\u00e9 necesito ese d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>A veces salgo a correr por la ma\u00f1ana, otros trabajo tranquila en el sal\u00f3n mientras el resto de la casa duerme. Si salimos con la barca, disfruto del paseo, de la brisa, del sol, nado y juego con los pececillos. Algunos d\u00edas me quedo en casa porque tengo una video-conferencia con un cliente, pero no me importa perderme la excursi\u00f3n, realmente disfruto con lo que hago y me emociono cada vez que tengo una sesi\u00f3n planeada, adem\u00e1s que es un gustazo poder disfrutar la casa toda para mi. La isla transmite calma, mis pulsaciones se ralentizan, estoy m\u00e1s presente y soy capaz de fundirme con la naturaleza. Puedo pasar horas tumbada en la barca mirando al cielo, centrada en el sonido del mar, los p\u00e1jaros y de los latidos de mi coraz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s sorprendente de todo es que, incluso si parece que trabajo menos, me siento mucho m\u00e1s enriquecida en todas las \u00e1reas de mi vida. Me siento mejor, salgo a correr con mucha m\u00e1s energ\u00eda,\u00a0 como m\u00e1s sano sin esfuerzo extra, puedo concentrarme mejor. Soy m\u00e1s paciente y mejor oyente.<\/p>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1s, no podemos controlar la demanda y los aspectos externos, pero podemos controlar c\u00f3mo lidiamos con ellos y el c\u00f3mo afrontarnos a los cambios y giros depende solo de nosotros.
