Puede ser frustrante, tanto para el cocinero que se ha esforzado en crear una cena deliciosa y nutritiva y le terminan rechazando el plato porque al comensal no le gusta la verdura. Como para el que sabe que deber\u00eda comer m\u00e1s verdura porque es indispensable para una dieta equilibrada y saludable, pero piensa que no le gusta.<\/p>\n<p>Estas situaciones me las encuentro entre mis clientes bastante a menudo, muchos desesperados no saben que hacer para que sus ni\u00f1os coman m\u00e1s verduras o incluso ellos mismos. Muchas veces es porque no est\u00e1n acostumbrados desde peque\u00f1os ni a comer, ni a ver las verduras por casa, otras porque no saben muy bien como cocinarlas. Mezcla las verduras en otras comidas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si un bol de br\u00f3coli al vapor no te atrae, entonces \u00a1no empieces con un bol de br\u00f3coli! Lo que si puedes hacer y te resultar\u00e1 m\u00e1s atractivo, es a\u00f1adir un pu\u00f1ado de br\u00f3coli cocinado a tu plato de pasta, s\u00edrvelo con una salsa sabrosa como una salsa marinera de tomate, queso rallado, as\u00ed el br\u00f3coli se convertir\u00e1 en una peque\u00f1a parte de una comida deliciosa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Juega con los sabores<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Siempre lo digo, hierbas, especias, salsas son una parte esencial de la cocina y puede hacer que el sabor de un plato sea totalmente diferente, especialmente cuando hablamos de verduras. Prueba diferentes m\u00e9todos de preparado y cocinado<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para m\u00ed, este es el punto clave, no es lo mismo comerse un br\u00f3coli cocido durante 15 minutos, que crudo en forma de cusc\u00fas, el sabor y la textura son totalmente diferentes. Por eso, si de peque\u00f1o te hicieron comer tomates pastosos y ahora no puedes ni pensar en ellos o quiz\u00e1s la kale cruda no sea lo tuyo, prueba m\u00e9todos diferentes de cocinerlos, pues te dar\u00e1n diferentes sabores y texturas de las verduras. Saltear las verduras de hoja verde como las acelgas o la kale las hacen m\u00e1s tiernas y blandas, mientras que asar verduras como las coles de Bruselas o la coliflor les da una deliciosa y crujiente textura que no consigues cuando las cueces o las haces al vapor, y adem\u00e1s revela el lado dulce de estas verduras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Experimenta con sabores dulces<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aunque estamos habituados a consumirlos como opciones saladas, un mont\u00f3n de verduras emparejan perfectamente con sabores dulces. Se creativo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A menudo las verduras pueden ser sustitutos incre\u00edbles para otras ingredientes como carne o noodles en cl\u00e1sicos como la pizza, la pasta o las hamburguesas.
