Ok, me encanta salir tambi\u00e9n, viajar, hacer cosas al aire libre &#8230; pero la mayor\u00eda de las veces me resulta m\u00e1s agradable quedarme en casa haciendo manualidades, jugando juegos de mesa, navegando por la web, leyendo libros y, por supuesto, cocinando. Y el oto\u00f1o es la estaci\u00f3n perfecta para todo esto.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre la base diaria, tiendo a preparar comidas r\u00e1pidas, realmente me refiero a poner algunos ingredientes en un plato, algunas verduras asadas, con otras verduras frescas, un poco de cereales o legumbres, un poco de queso o un huevo y la comida est\u00e1 lista. Pero durante los fines de semana en oto\u00f1o, siempre me invitan a pasar m\u00e1s tiempo en la cocina, elaborando comidas deliciosas y nutritivas. Me encantan los que requieren una preparaci\u00f3n simple y tiempos m\u00e1s largos de cocci\u00f3n. Solo necesitas preparar los ingredientes y luego, dejarlos cocinar en una olla o en el horno durante horas, \u00a1mis favoritos! Hecho de la manera tradicional, con vino tinto y los sabores del pa\u00eds de champi\u00f1\u00f3n, tomillo y romero. El resultado es un guiso fant\u00e1stico con diferentes texturas y sabores profundos. Acomp\u00e1\u00f1alo con arroz basmati, lentejas beluga o incluso el cl\u00e1sico pur\u00e9 de patatas.<\/p>\n<p>Las verduras de ra\u00edz son exactamente eso, las ra\u00edces de la planta. Patatas, zanahorias, cebollas, remolachas, chiriv\u00edas o apio son ejemplos de vegetales de ra\u00edz. Todos ellos est\u00e1n llenos de nutrientes, ricos en vitaminas y minerales y una excelente fuente de fibra. C\u00f3mpralos cuando est\u00e9n firmes y libres de imperfecciones, trate de comprarlos los org\u00e1nicos, ya que los tub\u00e9rculos absorben las toxinas del suelo.<\/p>\n<p>Las setas ostra se han usado en la medicina tradicional china durante siglos como un t\u00f3nico para el sistema inmune. Tienen propiedades antioxidantes que protegen nuestras c\u00e9lulas, tambi\u00e9n son excelentes como antibacterianos y son ricos en zinc, hierro, potasio y \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico.<\/p>\n<p>El ,iso es una pasta rica en prote\u00ednas hecha de soja fermentada. \u00daltimamente lo he usado como alternativa a los dados de caldo comunes, encuentro que mis comidas son mucho m\u00e1s ricas y sabrosas adem\u00e1s de todas las bacterias beneficiosas que son buenas para mi intestino. una cacerola.
