En Espa\u00f1a, y m\u00e1s concretamente Catalu\u00f1a, son conocidos como carqui\u00f1oles.<\/p>\n<p>Estas galletas son particulares porque se hornean dos veces, primero toda la masa, d\u00e1ndole forma de barra rectangular, y una vez que est\u00e1 hecha y ligeramente enfriada, se corta en rebanadas y se vuelven a hornear para que terminen de secarse. Son bastante duras de ah\u00ed que sea tradicional mojarlas en la leche o incluso en vino dulce como hacen los italianos.<\/p>\n<p>Esta versi\u00f3n que os comparto est\u00e1 ligeramente tuneada respecto a la original, un poco m\u00e1s saludable y con un sabor a chocolate intenso solo apto para los m\u00e1s exigentes. Yo las hice por primera vez el a\u00f1o pasado y pasaron directamente a mi lista de galletas favoritas.<\/p>\n<p>Puedes a\u00f1adirles un poco de naranja rallada, sustituir la almendra por avellana o
