Crujientes, delicadas y super sabrosas. A menudo las envuelvo en bonitos paquetes y las doy de regalo a familiares y amigos. Otra cosa que suelo hacer es preparar la masa, cortarla y congelarla, as\u00ed si aparecen por casa visitas no planeadas, solo tengo que hornearlas y \u00a1sorpresa! galletas reci\u00e9n hechas para dejarlos boquiabiertos, jeje. Son muy f\u00e1ciles de hacer y lo que me encanta de estas galletas es que no son demasiado dulces.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1n hechas con harina de espelta, un grano antiguo que est\u00e1 relacionado con el trigo, pero tiene un contenido de gluten menor, por lo que es m\u00e1s beneficioso para el sistema digestivo. Podr\u00eda perfectamente sustituirse por harina de avena, la cual\u00a0es una gran fuente de fibra soluble que te ayudar\u00e1 a regular tu funcionamiento intestinal, adem\u00e1s de reducir el colesterol y mantenerte lleno durante horas. En este caso, a mi me gusta utilizar mantequilla, pero se podr\u00eda utilizar aceite de coco tambi\u00e9n, elijo siempre mantequilla ecol\u00f3gica, y aunque muchos la demonizan, la mantequilla\u00a0es una fuente muy rica en vitamina A (necesaria para la vista y la piel), y vitamina D (esencial absorber el calcio).\u00a0Los frutos secos como las avellanas est\u00e1n llenos de prote\u00ednas que pueden ayudar a tu cuerpo a reparar y tambi\u00e9n a mantener un sistema inmunol\u00f3gico saludable.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfNecesit\u00e1is m\u00e1s razones para lanzaros a cremosa, 1-2 minutos.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Agregue el huevo y la vainilla, bata hasta que se mezcle. Reduzca la velocidad y los ingredientes secos en tres adiciones y el chocolate troceado.<\/p><p>Separa la masa por la mitad y da forma a cada mitad de salchichas alargadas Cubra con film y presione ambos extremos con la mano hacia el centro para apretar la masa. Enfr\u00ede la masa preparada durante al menos 3 horas.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Retire la masa fr\u00eda y corte las galletas a un espesor de 1 cent\u00edmetro. Coloque cada galleta a un par de cent\u00edmetros de distancia en una bandeja para hornear. Hornee hasta que las galletas est\u00e9n ligeramente doradas, alrededor de 18-20 minutos.
