Mundial del Vegetarianismo.\u00a0<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.02em;\">Y es que hoy 1 de Octubre comienza un mes dedicado a la concienciaci\u00f3n de la importancia de incrementar el consumo de alimentos de origen vegetal en nuestra dieta.<\/span><\/p><p>El a\u00f1o pasado ya os coment\u00e9 en dos extensos posts los beneficios de comer m\u00e1s verduras, frutas, legumbres o cereales y los nutrientes claves que tienes que observar cuando haces una transici\u00f3n hacia una dieta vegetariana.<\/p><p>Hoy os quer\u00eda dar unos sencillos consejos, pero efectivos, que servir\u00e1n para todos aquellos que quieran comer m\u00e1s alimentos de origen vegetal:<\/p><p>1. Elimina los alimentos procesados, especialmente la carne<\/p><p>Lo primero que necesitas hacer es comenzar a limitar tu ingesta de alimentos procesados y carne. Esto puede no ser f\u00e1cil ya que la mayor\u00eda de estos alimentos tienen un alto contenido de az\u00facar artificial, jarabe de fructosa, sodio y otros aditivos qu\u00edmicos. Tu cuerpo puede desear estas cosas al principio, as\u00ed que ten cuidado.<\/p><p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.02em;\">2. Conoce tus plantas.<\/span><\/p><p>Hoy en d\u00eda hay muchas verduras y frutas en el mercado, pero algunas son m\u00e1s populares que otras. Inf\u00f3rmate sobre diferentes verduras y frutas de las que quiz\u00e1s no sepas mucho para expandir tus horizontes. Saber c\u00f3mo prepararlos adecuadamente tambi\u00e9n ayuda, especialmente si pensaste que no te gustaba una verdura en particular, prepararlo de una manera nueva podr\u00eda hacer cambiar tu opini\u00f3n.<\/p><p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.02em;\">3. Comienza a agregar m\u00e1s alimentos vegetales.<\/span><\/p><p>Comienza a incorporar alimentos vegetales en tus comidas diarias. Tambi\u00e9n puedes comenzar a comer fruta como snack en lugar de patatas fritas y galletas. Al agregar gradualmente alimentos basados en plantas a tu dieta, lograr\u00e1s que tu cuerpo y mente se acostumbren.<\/p><p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.02em;\">4. Comienza a cultivar tus propias plantas<\/span><\/p><p>Considera comenzar un jard\u00edn. Antes de plantar cualquier cosa, ser\u00eda mejor empezar a trabajar la tierra para ayudar a aflojar el suelo y prepararlo para la jardiner\u00eda. U<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.02em;\">na vez hecho esto, puedes comenzar a plantar tus verduras y asegurarte de seguir las instrucciones que se incluyen en el paquete.
