Hay que meterse en la cocina y meter las manos en la masa, hay que probar, probar y reprobar. Diferentes cortes, diferentes formas de cocci\u00f3n, diferentes hierbas y especias, hasta que des con la que m\u00e1s disfrutes.<\/p>\n<p>La remolacha cocida por ejemplo, no es una de mis preferidas, pero asada o en forma de hamburguesa \u00a1\u00a1me chifla!! Mi favorita es una que ya os ense\u00f1\u00e9 hace unos meses, con un sabor ahumado que me encanta, pero es verdad que requiere m\u00e1s elaboraci\u00f3n. La hamburguesa de hoy es mucho m\u00e1s sencilla de hacer y perfecta para cuando tenemos quinoa cocida por la nevera, es solo mezclar, dar forma y asar.<\/p>\n<p>A mi me gusta acompa\u00f1arla con un buen plato de otras verduras atractivas y tendr\u00e1s una comida nutritiva, vistosa y super deliciosa. Justo en la foto est\u00e1 con una ensalada a la que tengo mucho cari\u00f1o, la hac\u00edamos en Queen of Tarts y me pareci\u00f3 una forma muy original de comer zanahoria rallada.<\/p>\n<p>Las remolachas est\u00e1n cargadas con antioxidantes y son ricas en minerales como el calcio y magnesio que ayudan con la mineralizaci\u00f3n \u00f3sea y las contracciones musculares. Las zanahorias son una fuente brillante de betacarotenos los cuales promueven la salud ocular y dan a tu piel un brillo espectacular.<\/p>\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Mezcla la remolacha rallada con la quinoa, la harina de espelta, comino en polvo y sal. Da forma a 3-4 burgers, dependiendo del tama\u00f1o<span style=\"font-family: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">.<\/span><\/p><p>Calienta una sart\u00e9n sobre fuego medio y a\u00f1ade un poquito de aceite de oliva. A\u00f1ade las burgers y cocina unos 3 minutos por cada lado, hasta que est\u00e9n tostadas por fuera.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Sirve con lechuga fresca, l\u00e1minas de rabanitos, alcaparras, aguacate en
