Nuestro rechazo inicial se debe a una cuesti\u00f3n adaptativa, la mayor\u00eda de sustancias t\u00f3xicas tienen un sabor amargo, de ah\u00ed nuestro natural rechazo, nuestro cuerpo simplemente est\u00e1 previni\u00e9ndonos de intoxicaciones. El sabor amargo se detecta en la parte trasera de la lengua. Como hemos dicho, la edad hace mucho, conforme vamos cumpliendo a\u00f1os vamos aceptando mejor el chocolate cada vez m\u00e1s puro, m\u00e1s amargo, pero con dosificaci\u00f3n y aprendizaje todos podr\u00edamos beneficiarnos de la multitud de propiedades que tienen las verduras de sabor amargo.<\/p>\n<h3>Propiedades del sabor amargo<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act\u00faa sobre el hipot\u00e1lamo, estimulando el apetito, por lo que est\u00e1 especialmente indicado para las personas con falta de hambre o desnutridas.<\/li>\n<li>Estimulan la digesti\u00f3n pues potencian la hormona que facilita la digesti\u00f3n y absorci\u00f3n de nutrientes. Provoca la producci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s bilis y de los jugos g\u00e1stricos y estomacales. As\u00ed los ingredientes de sabor amargo son especialmente buenos para las personas con digestiones dif\u00edciles y pesadas.<\/li>\n<li>Tienen un poder desintoxicante. Al estimular la producci\u00f3n de bilis, est\u00e1 ayudando a su vez a digerir y metabolizar las grasas en el intestino y a eliminar los microorganismos no deseados.<\/li>\n<li>Tiene un poder saciante, de ah\u00ed que las verduras amargas (endibias, r\u00facula&#8230;) se utilicen mucho como entrante.<\/li>\n<li>Las hierbas y otros ingredientes amargos ayudan a combatir c\u00e1ndidas, par\u00e1sitos, erupciones en la pies, tumores y ayuda a descongestionar los pulmones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Las verduras amargas son ricas en nutrientes, destacando la vitamina A, C y K y minerales como el calcio, potasio y magnesio.
