Por eso siempre tomo un gran vaso de agua y un delicioso y nutritivo desayuno, me ayuda a continuar con mi d\u00eda de una forma intencionada y saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Porridge o gachas de avena, granola y tostadas con yogur, fruta, aguacate o tomate fresco son mis habituales durante la semana, pero los fines de semana tiendo a preparar un desayuno m\u00e1s indulgente como tortitas, huevos o la receta de hoy, Chai French Toast.<\/p>\n<p>French toast en ingl\u00e9s, torrijas en espa\u00f1ol o pain perdu en franc\u00e9s, que significa \u00abpan perdido\u00bb porque est\u00e1 hecho con pan duro, pero tambi\u00e9n esta delicioso hecho con croissant o brioche.<\/p>\n<p>La versi\u00f3n que quiero mostraros hoy es simple y ricamente condimentada con especias chai. El yogur de coco y las bayas silvestres o el pur\u00e9 de manzana con polen de abeja son mis ingredientes favoritos, pero puedes servirlos con lo que quieras. Para los veganos pod\u00e9is hacer las tostadas francesas omitiendo los huevos y a\u00f1adiendo un poco m\u00e1s de bebida vegetal.<\/p>\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
