Unas madalenas de aprovechamiento que ya compartir\u00e9 m\u00e1s adelante, crema de zanahoria y jengibre, de calabac\u00edn y puerro, unas jud\u00edas blancas con champi\u00f1\u00f3n y tomate y la delicia que veis en la foto, coliflor con hinojo, avellanas y granada con ali\u00f1o de mostaza y zumo de lim\u00f3n, una delicia de colores para la vista y de sabores para el paladar.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que se prepara f\u00e1cilmente y puedes perfectamente disfrutarla al d\u00eda siguiente llev\u00e1ndotelo para comer al trabajo. Me encanta la fusi\u00f3n de la mostaza, menta y el lim\u00f3n, le dan un toque super fresco y delicioso. La granada le proporciona un contraste de color excelente y una peque\u00f1a sorpresa para el paladar en cada bocado. He utilizado coliflor verde, pero podr\u00edais utilizar igualmente coliflor blanca o incluso morada. Su contenido en azufre la hace ideal para tratar problemas inflamatorios, ayudar a la digesti\u00f3n y al sistema inmune.
