Pero muy poco se dice sobre las cenas.<\/p>\n<p>Tenemos el famoso refr\u00e1n \u00abdesayuna como un rey, come como un pr\u00edncipe y cena como un mendigo\u00bb que nos hace entrever un poco la filosof\u00eda e idea sobre las cantidades de nuestras cenas, no nos dice nada sobre el tipo de alimentos. Pero la verdad es que la cena va m\u00e1s all\u00e1, y es que una cena rica y saludable tiene multitud de beneficios:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>te proporcionar\u00e1 los nutrientes necesarios que tu cuerpo necesita para recuperarse y regenerarse.<\/li>\n<li>te ayudar\u00e1 a descansar, conciliar el sue\u00f1o m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente y en definitiva dormir mejor.<\/li>\n<li>permitir\u00e1s a tu metabolismo trabajar mejor, al no tener que hacer un sobreesfuerzo, por lo que tu cuerpo ser\u00e1 capaz incluso de quemar grasa mientras duermes.<\/li>\n<li>seg\u00fan algunos estudios, comer sano y ligero puede ayudarte a retrasar el envejecimiento.<\/li>\n<li>aliviar\u00e1s el proceso digestivo.<\/li>\n<li>mejora el estado de \u00e1nimo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cu\u00e1ntas veces habr\u00e9 o\u00eddo \u00abdurante el d\u00eda como muy bien y equilibrado, pero es llegar la cena y me descontrolo\u00bb. Y es que el estr\u00e9s, la ansiedad que nos provoca nuestras vidas sin freno, hace que no planeemos adecuadamente nuestras cena, arrasando as\u00ed con lo primero que encontramos por la nevera, pidiendo comida a domicilio o cenando un simple bol de cereales.<\/p>\n<p>De ah\u00ed que la hora de la cena pueda llegar a ser una pesadilla para muchos.
