Y es que ese plato de arroz, con salsa de tomate y huevo frito nos hac\u00eda suspirar de peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Cierto es que hac\u00eda a\u00f1os, muchos a\u00f1os, que no lo com\u00eda, ya sab\u00e9is, de esos platos que se quedan en el olvido, pero justo el otro d\u00eda tuve uno de esos momentos \u00ab\u00a1aha!\u00bb. Si, ten\u00eda cebada cocida en la nevera, un tarro de tomate en el armario y me dije \u00abmmmm, un arroz a la cubana \u00a1en versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s nutritiva!\u00bb. As\u00ed que me li\u00e9 un poquito en la cocina, pero lo justo, prepar\u00e9 una salsa de tomate casera deliciosa, la mezcl\u00e9 con cebada y como guinda final un huevo poch\u00e9 \u00bfqu\u00e9 os parece?<\/p>\n<p>La <span style=\"color: #f16b56;\"><strong>cebada<\/strong><\/span> es un cereal super saludable, conocido por su uso para hacer cerveza, pero muy utilizado en la gastronom\u00eda de otros pa\u00edses y que aqu\u00ed en Espa\u00f1a comenzamos a ver poquito a poco en los supermercados y algunos restaurantes. Es rico en vitaminas y minerales, especialmente las del grupo B, K, potasio y magnesio. Es ideal para controlar el colesterol y al ser rico en fibra soluble sirve de protector intestinal y ayuda a combatir el estre\u00f1imiento. class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Ponemos aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio, a\u00f1adimos la cebolla muy picadita. Con el fuego medio bajo dejamos hasta quedar totalmente pochada.<\/p><p>A\u00f1adimos el tomate troceado, la albahaca y sal, si queremos este es el momento de subir un poco m\u00e1s el fuego&nbsp; y as\u00ed aceleramos el proceso. Una vez que se haya absorbido el l\u00edquido del tomate, baja el fuego, remueve y deja hacer unos 20 minutos, hasta que adquiera la textura wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name\">Para el huevo poch\u00e9<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Ponemos agua a hervir junto con el vinagre y, cuando alcance el punto de ebullici\u00f3n, retiramos la cacerola del fuego. Rompemos un huevo en un bol o taza y lo introducimos en el agua caliente, permitiendo que \u00e9sta entre en el recipiente lentamente. Entonces deslizamos el huevo dentro del agua y retiramos el bol o taza.<\/p><p>Tapamos la cacerola y dejamos que el huevo se cueza o escalfe durante 3 minutos. Transcurrido este tiempo la clara ya habr\u00e1 cuajado y la yema estar\u00e1 l\u00edquida.
