Era como tener fuegos artificiales en el plato, incre\u00edbles y deliciosos, tan vibrantes y sabrosos.<\/p>\n<p>Sambar se refiere a un tipo de preparaci\u00f3n com\u00fan en Sri Lanka y el sur de la India: cocinar legumbres y una variedad de verduras en un caldo de tamarindo y espesado con sambar, una mezcla de especias y lentejas molidas.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy quise adaptar este plato tradicional a una comida m\u00e1s al estilo occidental, por lo que est\u00e1 lleno de m\u00e1s verduras y lentejas enteras.<\/p>\n<p>Es alto en fibra, bajo en grasa y contiene mucho br\u00f3coli y trozos de la calabaza altamente nutritiva y rica en energ\u00eda. class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cortar las cebollas en dados y picar las zanahorias bastante peque\u00f1as. Cortar el br\u00f3coli en floretes y pelar y picar la calabaza descartando las semillas.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cubre la base de una olla con aceite y coloca a fuego medio. Agregue las especias y cocine hasta que est\u00e9n fragantes, 2 minutos, revolviendo constantemente para evitar que se peguen.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Agrega las cebollas y sofr\u00ede 3 minutos. Agrega las zanahorias, los tomates en conserva y 500ml de agua.
