Muchos mensajes pidiendo la receta, y como nada me complace m\u00e1s que satisfacer a mis maravillosos seguidores, \u00a1aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 el secreto m\u00e1gico de este delicioso pastel!<\/p>\n<p>Las calabazas est\u00e1n de temporada, oooh s\u00ed !! Puede ser saludable, pero conf\u00eda en m\u00ed, sabe tan bien. Es s\u00faper jugoso y condimentado con mi mezcla favorita de especias de oto\u00f1o &#8230; jengibre, canela y clavo.<\/p>\n<p>Comer calabaza es bueno para la salud, es un alimento muy rico en nutrientes y una de las mejores fuentes de betacaroteno, un poderoso antioxidante. Es rico en fibra y vitamina C que nos ayuda a apoyar la salud del coraz\u00f3n y regular la presi\u00f3n arterial.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu mejor forma de utilizar la calabaza?<\/p>\n<p><a el huevo, la leche, el pur\u00e9 de calabaza, el aceite, el az\u00facar de coco a un bol y bata hasta que se mezclen.<\/p><p>Agregue la harina, el jengibre, la canela, el clavo, el bicarbonato de sodio y la levadura en un bol diferente y mezcle bien. Vierta los ingredientes h\u00famedos en el bol de los secos y remueve hasta que est\u00e9n bien combinados.<\/p><p>Vierta la masa en el molde para preparado y espolvoree las nueces pacanas picadas en la parte superior.
