esp\u00edritu navide\u00f1o?<\/p><p>Para comer o como <b>entrante<\/b> de la cena, una reconfortante sopa, son geniales para entrar en calor y preparar el cuerpo para una c\u00e1lida digesti\u00f3n. Una deliciosa\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/crema-de-boniato-ajo-asado-y-sumac\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">crema de boniato asado, sumac y ajo negro<\/a>, pues est\u00e1 de temporada y es super sencilla de hacer.\u00a0<\/p><p>Si eres un invitado, probablemente el <b>plato principal<\/b> ya est\u00e9 m\u00e1s que pensado y listo, por lo que no te tienes que preocupar de el. mientras que si eres tu el anfitri\u00f3n, estar\u00eda genial sorprender a la novia vegetariana de tu hijo o al primo que ahora es vegetariano con un principal vegetariano, una\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/quiche-hinojo-asado-queso-cabra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tarta de hinojo asado y queso de cabra<\/a>. Nosotros la hicimos hace unos a\u00f1os y fue una triunfada. tambi\u00e9n puedes servir un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/root-vegetables-stew\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">estofado de verduras<\/a>\u00a0de ra\u00edz servido con lentejas o arroz integral. Y no te olvides de los\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/acompanamientos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">acompa\u00f1antes<\/a>\u00a0y la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/ensaladas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ensalada<\/a>!<\/p><p>Y ahora viene mi parte favorita, el <b>postre<\/b>!! No deber\u00eda decirlo, pero es el plato en el que pongo m\u00e1s esfuerzo y que m\u00e1s me ilusiona y con el que de verdad quiero sorprender, as\u00ed que generalmente preparo m\u00e1s de un dulce, m\u00e1s algunas galletas para la sobremesa. Ideal para despu\u00e9s de una gran comida navide\u00f1a.<\/p><ul><li>500 ml leche o bebida vegetal\u00a0<\/li><li>4 huevos eco<\/li><li>200 gr turron de Jijona<\/li><li>2 cucharadas miel (o cualquier otro edulcorante)\u00a0<\/li><li>chocolate negro (para servir)<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>Precalienta el horno a 170\u00baC<\/li><li>Bate los huevos con el turr\u00f3n y la miel. En un cazo, calienta la leche y vierte sobre la mezcla del huevo y turr\u00f3n. Mezcla bien.<\/li><li>Divide la mezcla entre 6 vasitos o moldes de flan.\u00a0<\/li><li>En un molde m\u00e1s grande pon los vasitos y vierte agua, para que as\u00ed se hagan al ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda dentro del horno. Hornea durante 30 minutos.
