Hay toneladas de sopas de boniato por ah\u00ed, pero no muchas tienen una combinaci\u00f3n tan sofisticada que involucra tantos elementos. \u00c9sta realmente va a hacer explotar tu mente. Un buen consejo es congelarlas en porciones con botes individuales, para que puedas descongelar r\u00e1pidamente sobre el calor de una olla.<\/p>\n<p>Puedes hacer sopas con casi cualquier verdura. La base tradicional est\u00e1 hecha con cebolla, zanahorias y puerros, y luego cualquier verdura que te guste, agua o caldo casero, y eso es todo. Agrega un poco de hinojo a tu crema de calabac\u00edn, algo de manzana a tu crema de calabaza o curry en polvo a tu crema de zanahoria, \u00a1disfrutar\u00e1s las cremas de una manera diferente! Tambi\u00e9n puedes jugar con las coberturas para hacerlas m\u00e1s nutritivas, agregar quinua crujiente, lentejas salteadas o incluso un poco de queso desmenuzado.<\/p>\n<p>Ground Sumac es una especia que se us\u00f3 hace mucho tiempo en Europa para agregar acidez y un toque agrio a los platos, podr\u00eda ser sustituido por zumo de lim\u00f3n, pero realmente merece la pena utilizar sumac. Experimentar\u00e1s el incre\u00edble cambio de sabor.<\/p>\n<p>Los boniatos son una fuente saludable de carbohidratos con IG bajo. Alto en betacaroteno, importante para la salud ocular. Un estudio en \u00c1frica mostr\u00f3 c\u00f3mo comer un boniato al d\u00eda en lugar de una papa blanca normal podr\u00eda cambiar dr\u00e1sticamente la salud de la persona, podr\u00eda obtener la
