La kale o col rizada es incre\u00edble para preparar ensaladas con antelaci\u00f3n, gracias a sus hojas gruesas que no se empapan f\u00e1cilmente, podr\u00e1s preparar la ensalada el d\u00eda de antes. Y la calabaza es un ingrediente de temporada que s\u00ed o s\u00ed debe estar en cualquier cena en estos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>kale<\/strong>, con ese verde oscuro intenso nos proporciona maravillosos beneficios, es rica en vitaminas A, C y K, as\u00ed como en calcio, potasio, cobre y hierro, que son necesarios para tener huesos, piel y ojos saludables. Las <strong>granadas<\/strong> a\u00f1aden a cualquier plato un color precioso. Es un gran antioxidante y fuente de fibra, hay algunos estudios que muestran que estas ricas joyas de color rojo rub\u00ed podr\u00edan ayudar a reducir el colesterol y tener propiedades antiinflamatorias. La <strong>calabaza<\/strong> tiene un IG bajo y es una buena fuente de fibra y antioxidantes carotenoides, que son antiinflamatorios para el cuerpo y apoyan un sistema inmunol\u00f3gico saludable, rodajas en una bandeja para hornear, forrada con papel vegetal.
