Pero no te preocupes, se trata de equilibrio y de c\u00f3mo respondemos a esos excesos. No se admiten culpas ni preocupaciones, volveremos a nuestro buen camino tan pronto como podemos.<\/p>\n<p>Yo aprovecho los d\u00edas entre festivos, son perfectos para volver a esas deliciosas sopas, ensaladas frescas y vibrantes, platos principales totalmente nutritivos y frutas o infusiones de hierbas como postre.<\/p>\n<p>Esta calabaza asada con za&#8217;atar, espinaca y cebada de hoy es uno de esos platos s\u00faper abundantes y reconfortantes, perfecto para los d\u00edas fr\u00edos de invierno, pero tambi\u00e9n lo puedes tomar fr\u00edo como una rica ensalada (en este caso no saltear\u00eda la espinaca). Es una excelente fuente de fibra que te har\u00e1 sentir lleno durante m\u00e1s tiempo y mantendr\u00e1 sano tu intestino. Previene la osteoporosis gracias a su alta cantidad de calcio, manganeso y cobre. La cebada tambi\u00e9n ayuda a preservar la elasticidad de la piel, mejora el funcionamiento de nuestro coraz\u00f3n, p\u00e1ncreas y sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>En realidad me encanta la cebada, es uno de mis cereales favoritos. Su textura y sabor a nuez son excelentes para guisos y ensaladas y me divierto mucho masticando lentamente este grano.<\/p>\n<p>Este es uno de mis comodines cuando quiero algo satisfactorio y nutritivo.
